There needs to be more stuff in this game but overall i like it, combat needs to be smoother imo and you can freely swing in any direction when you swing. There needs to be more stuff to build at your base. I read Scottish in the description so i instant bought because if you ever watched a youtuber called Drumsy (He does vrchat content) there is a person called IllyTheKitty, she's Scottish, she recently passed away on December 31, 2025, at the age of 23 battling cystic fibrosis
Wanna kick some english butt? of course, who wouldn't ! A really nice game to discharge after a tough day.
Great game, tons of funs and depth. Each run is completely different. Multiplayer function is a work in progress but when it works its great!
I have enjoyed the game very much so far. For 22 dollars, its a good deal. Let me throw some pros and cons at you. Pros: Combat feels nice Progression is there, and it feels well paced The art style is really neat and relatively consistent The music is very cool Builds feel less impactful over raw skill, god runs exist but you can get by with a few build items Cons: Early access Its not really clear what can be unlocked, or how to unlock it. The game currently displays things that are unavailable The longer runs turn a lot of people off, difficulty scales pretty quickly Mistakes are PUNISHING, unless you have Ruadh on your team Ruadh's utility is so sought after, that you will likely see players playing just him, often whole teams are just him In general, it has its flaws, you see a lot of people on here complaining about combat and block, but block is 360 degrees, so timing is more important, there is a cooldown, but awareness is key and you can roll out of pretty much everything. Builds are one thing, but what matters most, especially on solo runs, is the army you bring and their sigils, that is how you start your build. I don't normally play games with a heavy emphasis on blocking and dodging, but I have been doing fine.
Good fun button-masher
Fun game! My only real issue with it is that when the battlefield becomes chaotic it becomes very hard sometimes to see exactly what hit you. There's so much red that any prompts an incoming attack can be extremely difficult to see. I'd like more clear audio cues from incoming attacks, not just grunts and screams from whoever is attacking you. See Sekiro as an example for how that could work.
I really like it. Little too expensive for any of my friends to pick it up. After about 15 hours I hit a wall where there wasn't really much reason to keep playing. I'll for sure put another dozen hours in after a couple content updates.
infinitely replayable, hopelessly addictive. immense art. thank you
