Tears of Metal

I was so hyped by this entry which is an another 1v1000 genre but i can't recommend it. It is crazy difficult and allies are worthless. Also boss fights weren't my cup of tea tbh. If you are interested check it out but your 1h and your 20h gameplay going to be same since unlock offers little to nothing changes. Meta gameplay needs a huge change.

I wish I could give it a sideways thumb? It's okay. The aesthetic is great, and the basic gameplay is fun enough. But man is it rough around the edges (enemies facing/position sliding around, getting hit when behind the attack animation, etc.), some truly bizzare design decisions (character with zero block given 1/3 of his upgrades related to blocking???) Especially in the third act, it becomes absolutely impossible to parse anything on the screen and the game becomes a slog. Still in Early Access I guess, but maybe wait for it to finish cooking.
