Good but not great The game has a great art and game play direction, held back by some clashing design choices. The parry system is way too strict for a game that is this chaotic and unforgiving. Without an easy way to regen health it's almost never worth actually using. Its compounded by the fact you unlock the easiest character to use after the hardest character to use. I know "skill issue" is an often time appropriate description but this game is juts way to frustrating for me to want to sink that many hours in. If there where difficulty options that tweaked values or a custom difficulty that allowed me to weak my own experience that'd be nice.
this is epic, some stuff synergize, other are straight not for my play style, , I have yet to discover everyth8ing, but ♥♥♥♥... this some gourmet ♥♥♥♥ !

Дайте мне шизодеда в шкуре с гвизармой, я больше не могу терпеть!
Fantastic game that I will be closely following throughout development.
Ever wanted to feel like you're in Vinland Saga?
TLDR: It's fun, features fast paced combat, good mechanics, cool heroes and augmentations, but the game quickly runs out of gameplay road for being $25. _________________________________________________________________________ I'll say this game has a lot of positives, and ton of potential. It's easy to sit and enjoy as your work toward beating the campaign. The power ups are sweet, the art is beautiful, the combat feels like it's 90% perfect. But, ultimately, it's not worth the $25 price tag at this time. You get roughly 10-15 exciting hours out of it before it starts to spoil and you realize the final boss (3rd boss) is the end of the entire game already. While the game offers a lot of different ways to play, and I could sit there and grind my life away testing all those out, it's still the same mission every time. You battle through the same content, fight the same 3 bosses, and then that's it, that's all the content the game has. I love this idea of grinding a campaign over and over, I just wish there were like 2 or 3 campaigns AT LEAST to choose from. For $25 I would expect something like 3 at the minimum. As it stands, a lot of the content feels cool the first time you see it, but then you see it 10 more times with no real future challenge to look forward to because it's 1 mode, 3 "acts", 3 bosse, and THAT'S IT, you've seen all the gameplay available. Not to mention that after about 7 hours, the game is wildly basic and easy to play through aside from the final boss. Your power ups kick in, your heroes are tuned, you've figured out the dodge and attack windows, and you're just grinding until you get something challenging from the bosses. If there were more campaigns to try, encouraging different heroes, builds, men at arm combinations, ect, the game could really run the distance and would be well worth it.
Played this for 2 hours and now my farts sound like bagpipes. 🤷💨🎶
Quise probarlo por la estética. Iba a jugarlo un ratito, y si no me gustaba, pedía el reembolso. De repente tengo 15 horas de juego y empecé a ir al almacén con pollera. Bellísima la Banshee como boss del segundo nivel.
They may take our lives, but they'll never take our freedom !
