A great application for tabletop role-playing games! A very powerful map editor, and there you can create truly magical locations for your games. Cross-platform game with VR and nonVR players. And all this by the hands of 1 developer. Thank you!!!
A great game, what you need for deep immersion in role-playing games. There's a great map editor here, there are a little oak avatars, but they can be given any outfit (avatars will be more flexible in the upcoming update). yes, while the game is a bit raw, but the developer is diligently and gradually fixing everything. Give this game a chance and you will spend many wonderful hours with your friends.
An excellent and simple platform for DnD, also with crossplay. There are shortcomings and sometimes bugs, but the developer does not throw the project and constantly improves (I can’t wait for the dice visible to everyone) the editor is simple and convenient, you can create huge maps, as far as the server limit allows (not so long ago it was doubled, but you yourself know how always, there is never a lot of space, even I manage to score this limit) not without minuses, for example, for convenience, character sheets were created simply in the browser in Google tables so that both the DM and the players could edit them conveniently. In the same place I have the script and other notes. Well, a pack of other crutches for comfort
My friend and I got into the beta of this game. He had never played a TTRPG, and I had never DMed. So we download it on our and sink a handful of hours into the beta, creating an entire campaign from scratch just using the props and pieces in Tavern Tales. That campaign lasted about 30 something sessions over the span of 18 months, and it got us both hooked to playing. Can't thank the devs enough for making something like this. Incredible
this is buggy and generally ugly early access game. wasted over 3 hours going back and forth just to try a simple adventure ..... avoid it . dnd guys are generally not fussy but there's a limit.
4 Hours spent trying to make a campaign for it to break
Wanted to give this a try to play a game with some friends. biggest problem I have is an audio glitch. Any time I enter the actual game (meaning not the little market that represents the main menu) it completely kills the audio on my oculus. not just in the game, but the entire oculus system. I have to reset my headset to get any sound working again. Rest of the mechanics seem a bit fiddly, but usable. This sound glitch though, makes it impossible to use.
Very good, but sometimes glitches.
