It wants to be special - and it is, but the system is a mess, the gameplay is frustrating and some combo just does not want to work as intended. It's a puzzle under a puzzle under a puzzle, like if we would mix majong with solitaire.

試合の流れとしては マナを貯める→ショップでカードを購入→購入したカードでマナを更に貯める→強いカードで攻撃or妨害 みたいな感じです。 ゲーム性は面白いんだけど、ダメージがまともに入るまでターンがかかるので、一試合は本当に長いです。 試合ごとに特殊ルールがあるので、カードの効果とそっちも覚える必要があります。 でも面白いです。コンボが続くと褒めてくれます

I enjoyed my time in the story mode, so for that alone I recommend it, but I don't see much reason to play multiplayer since the interactions you can have with your opponent are limited. You can add cards to your opponent's deck with negative effects, however because it's usually just taking damage, this just delays their plan rather than counter it or destroy it, so the game feels more like fighting against the clock rather than an opponent.
