I was not a fan. I don't like dunking on indie games, but the game feels... off... The gameplay is okay, mostly. It's as basic as possible, you can jump, have a dash, and wall jump, and that's basically it, but even that feels janky and unresponsive. The combat is even more barebones, it has zero depth, the hitboxes are weird, and you can get stunlocked by basically anything. The game also has an absurdly low enemy variety, and the bosses are very weird too, like there is a dog with a machine gun, but you can just dash in, 2/3 punches, dash out, wait for his punch animation, dash in, 2/3 punches, dash out… I think the last straw was when they made me fight all the already annoying bosses again in the last level. What the ♥♥♥♥, man? It's one of the weakest aspects of the game. Why am I doing this again? The story, characters, and writing are brain-numbingly annoying, but in their defense, I think it's sarcasm, annoying on purpose. Like… Weapongirl? I think it's a joke, at least I will believe it is. Graphically it's fine, but some pixel art does not fit with the overall aesthetic, like it was made by different artists or something. Gets the job done most of the time. The sound design is ok, and the soundtrack is just guitar riffs playing without any cohesion. Super Catboy feels amateurish. I don't think it's downright awful, just not enticing enough, it feels basic. It lasts 2 hours and at the end I was already bored and rushing the levels. There is just no depth to any characteristic of this game at all, it's completely shallow. I liked a few things, like how there is a specific animation when you bash your head in the ceiling or how the dash jump feel pretty great to use, but that's basically it.
操作手感一般,剧情迷惑,关卡设计简直是灾难,做为毕业设计都只能算勉强合格。

Beginning was more promising what this game ended up to be. Some level designs do not make so much sense and they feel confusing and rushed. Like the one with sawblades in the skies without much else to tie those to the actual level.. Some bosses are cool but I do not understand why in the end these bosses are recycled without anything extra on them, also the motorcycle map design was a disappointment when you have to line up really perfectly to collect coins or to land shots on the enemies, I did not like it. First in the start there seems to be some sort of "lore or story" but it goes forgotten fast after the first couple of levels, it just does not make much sense. There is also no achievements in this game, nothing to make you really hunt down those 100% per level, also makes you wonder why to collect the cat figurine parts? There is nothing you can use them for and the same goes with the coins, you cant utilize coins to anything and score does not matter so yeah. I just feel divided about this game, same goes with the weapons, like you mainly use pistol all the way to the end and only get couple special weapons in some occasions but you cant use them elsewhere. So it took me around 4 hours to complete this game and in the end I just wanted to get things done without trying to 100% anything as it doesnt give me nothing in return. This game had potential but unfortunately it feels to be quite rushed without any proper story to tie levels and characters together, just a random story that doesnt really interest you in the end. Some parts I did enjoy but mainly it just started to feel like "just lets get this done" and thats it. Playable but not enjoyable that much.
I liked it despite its flaws . Great art . Great potentional if the gameplay was improved
Overall fun, but I had to take a break because the lead character meowed a lot. If it was occasional, not a problem, but at some point, MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOW MEOW gets to be too much It's a solid game otherwise
너무 어려워요 한번 실수하면 계속 죽으니 짜증나서 오래 못하겠네요
