I can assure you an orbital laser is a NECESSITY when playing golf. Me and my friends stumbled into this game about a month before it released and immediately recognised how much fun it'd be - and we weren't wrong. Whilst not a game we play for hours upon end, we still boot it up quite regularly and always have an absolute blast. The game is just your typical golf game, but they asked the question "what if we just threw whatever into the mix?". The game puts a big focus on sabotage, giving you a range of tools to trip up (or blow up) your enemies friends. You don't HAVE to have these items enabled, but at that point why even play the game? Which does lead me on to another good aspect of the title - the customisation. Almost every mechanic in the game is customisable, whether it be the loot pool, wind, power of golf clubs, PvP, PvB (Player vs Ball), etc. It allows you to curate the golf experience that works best for you and your friends. Personally, we always put every item as an equal chance except for the 200m boxes, which are a guaranteed orbital laser, then just increase player speed and enable hitting other players (golf)balls. The content updates also come in decent intervals, especially for an indie team working remotely around the globe, giving us new maps and content roughly every 2 months, and patch updates also address bugs super quickly. I do appreciate that the devs keep in a few of the more fun bugs that only really appear if you purposely try and find them. Some maps are certainly better than others, and one complaint I do have is there's a handful of maps which look super similar which just make you think "didn't we already do this one?" but honestly it's just a minor nitpick. But to list my final complaint, some of the customisation options, particularly the outfits, are kinda boring - but that's, again, a minor nitpick. Overall this is probably the best golfing party game you can buy, and if you and your friends have even glanced at the game and formed an interest - get it. It's cheap, it's fun, it's got an orbital laser.
chaos but if was golf 👍👍
La con bien pu de tu hermana, Pablo. Metete el lanzacohetes en el centro del ortitorinco.
This game cured my ED.
fun golf time
This is the only "Mario Kart" type game i've tried so far that isn't a strictly worse version of Mario Kart. It has unique and skill-based core gameplay and tons of fun items and mechanics to mess with your friends and outplay them. Genuinely tons of fun.
ИГРА ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ПОЛНАЯ ЗАЛУПА ♥♥♥♥♥
Very fun game!
Take a break
Genuinely a great game. Mario Kart meets Golf with a ton of customization and generally fun physics like blasting yourself across a river with two shotgun shots. I know in this day and age multiplayer games can get labeled "Friend Slop" but this is not that -- this is a well executed game that feels smooth and the soundtrack is honestly a banger.
