Solarpunk Mirror's Edge but free. It would be nice if there were checkpoints.
"Sunline" is a very mediocre "free running" game, which is a kinda weird way to say this is yet another of several hundred parkour platformers on Steam. This is not one of the best of those. It's not even close to being the best of those. There's a lame plot around there being a storm and therefore having to run around a really badly architected cityscape. Okay. Like all parkour platformers, this means a lot of wall running. The graphics here are particularly awful, low poly, untextured assets with some truly hideous attempt at celshading, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Now onto pricing and value. Most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's usually some kind of monetisation, from nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, to any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. Even as a free game, this couldn't find an audience. With a peak of only 6 players, it's clear the Steam community took one look and walked away. They literally couldn't pay people to spend time playing this. Given that this free game won't increase your game collector count, is it worth your time to add it to your library? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options. Remember what I often say... if you don't agree with what I've said about this game, by all means add it to your library and play it. My review is just here to inform your decision, and if you think I was wrong and you downloaded the game, then I've done what I really wanted to do... inform your decision.

Feels like parkour except for when it doesn't. its a bit jank and fickle inputs for jumps, wall runs and such. ngl didn't pay attention to story, cause to busy being a ninja. also for later parts can get lost easily as the path to the objective seems at times impossible. overall not bad, pretty short so even if you dont like, its not too long. :D
is good
Cool game but short and quite buggy

That was incredible! I've never played a first-person parkour game, so this was new and exciting. I was very impressed by the voice acting and overall storyline. Easy to piece together and lovable. The mechanics were smooth enough and the obstacles not too hard. Some areas were a little vague on how to proceed but there were several ways to go about it. The hardest part was the final level I think. Overall a really solid game!
还行,挺好玩的免费游戏,bug不少,但不太影响,4.5/10
