Schlechte Performance und wirklich viele Bugs. Für den Preis nicht in Ordnung.

Ich würde dieses Spiel erst Empfehlen wenn alle Bugs und Probleme behoben worden sind. Unteranderem die Zwangsbremsung im gesamten Hamburger Gebiet.

Not Great, Not Horrible, Just… okay. Recommended? Nah... At this point in time, I don't think I can really recommend this game. I've had it for some time, and, according to the Steam app, on the PC, I have a little over 26.7 hours in the game. But, recently, I've been getting notifications from other players running into problems. I ran a couple of the services/scenarios built into the game, not the ones that you can create yourself, and some of them you just can't complete. One of them is red light bugged you're practically at the end of the service, and due to a red light that will not change, you cannot complete it. There is no dispatcher to contact, there is no signaler to contact, as you can do in Train Sim World. I do like the game; it's really nicely put together, and it's modeled really well. Even though I'm running the game in 4K Resolution. It has some graphical issues every so often, but I'm getting roughly 45FPS. You can see my attached system specs. But recently, they put up a post for a screenshot contest where you can win between 10 and €25. Not sure what you could do with that on Steam, that's even if that's where the money is to be used. But that's not even the issue that's kind of the breaking point that brought me here to do this review because I wanted to get more time into the game and because of other family obligations and everything that our family's been through in the past year and a half, roughly, it's been kind of rough but, I feel, like I need to leave this review and I'm gonna try not to make it very long, but the other thing is the game is sold on Steam and I'm noticing this in many different aspects, that they're pushing everything to discord. Now, they're not the only ones doing this; there are other game developers also pushing things to Discord. I've been on Discord quite a bit, and it's something that I stay away from, I really do, just because of the way it's run. Let's just leave it at that. There are a lot of antics going on there. But the biggest thing for me is, if you take the time and look up the cybersecurity website, Discord's had a lot of problems over what I would say looks like about a year, maybe more. I don't want to add all that into this review. It comes down to this: where is the game sold here on Steam? It's not sold on Microsoft Store, you're not sold on Discord. It's sold on Steam. Provide the support here, where the game is sold, where more people are posting about issues, and where they expect to get any kind of support from the developers. Provided that the game is not abandoned and Subway Sim 2 is not abandoned. It's still being updated, and the recent updates that have been pushed out have, yet again, broken the game in many different aspects. Even the weather system is not working like it used to. There used to be a day/night cycle with the weather as well, cycling from sunshine to rain. No snow. Not to mention the game needs to be optimized better. It really does, because, and I compare this back to Train Sim World, where I'm getting 60FPS minimum, there is a proper weather system and day/night cycle. Now, if I use another app that I could get on Steam, I could probably get more FPS, but I'm happy with what I'm getting with the way my games are running. But with Subway Sim 2, I would have to bring the screen resolution down to what looks like to be maybe 1440p. And it will probably give me better FPS, but the game needs to be optimized better. And they need to fix the stuff that's been broken from the updates. I'll leave it there. Take a moment to read the discussion pay section for this game, Subway Sim 2, and make your decision there. But, personally, at this point in time, today, 24 May 2026, I can't say that I will recommend this game. Maybe go back 4 or 5 months ago, I probably would have said yes. Now, no. It's a shame because I do like Subway Sim 2. I really do. Even though I don't speak German, I like the authenticity they're trying to put into the game, but. When they're breaking stuff and not fixing it and not providing support for other interface devices like the Rail Driver, yeah, I know the Rail Driver can be a bit chintzy and a bit finicky, but there are other input devices that you could get, not just a rail driver. But it's made to be used with train simulators, and they're not providing support for something like that. And the main reason why I like the rail driver. Even with all its issues is because I do have a handicap and it makes things a bit easier for me. So with that said and done, take care and have a good day. Spiel macht Laune, aber sind zu viele Bugs im Berlin Modus drin, speziell bei den Szenarien wo ein rotes Signal (nach dem Sturm) kommt, was sich nicht auf Grün lenken lässt und auch bei einem Szenario das man das Spiel nicht abschliessenkann weil eine Durchsage sich nicht betätigen läst. Ist ziemlich ärgerlich wenn es dann am Schluß des Spiels nicht funktioniert. Auch im normalen Farplan Modus schon einmal gehabt dass das Signeal nicht auf grün gestellt wird. Hoffe die Bugs werden behoben udn es kommt noch eine neue Berlin Strecke hinzu, U2 wäre cool.

Seit dem letzten Update startet das Spiel nicht mehr. Sehr ärgerlich.

Leider startet das Spiel immer noch nicht trotz des Supports und der genannten Dateisuche die alle deinstalliert waren stürzt dieses nach neu intallieren mit demselben Fehler ab

Since the game was released, it has been improved a lot. It's very enjoyable now!

Unfortunately too many bugs to recommend, and it seems the developers can't or don't want to fix certain things. I've held off on posting a review to give them time to fix things, but plenty still not resolved. They're releasing DLC while one of the Berlin scenarios still can't be completed, and they seem to change the audio and lighting settings every few months and still never quite get it right (currently the rail noise is very loud while going round a corner but completely silent elsewhere, and the outdoor signals still look like a scattered laser pen at night). A real shame as the trains and cabs are modelled nicely, and they feel quite nice to drive.

Naja, schlechteste Performence die ein Spiel haben kann. Aber overall, recht geiles Game
