I am leaving a positive review for this game but with a caveat. The gameplay is amazing. This is hands down the best fighting game and I say that as someone has thousands of hours in almost every fighting game you can possibly think of. Street Fighter 6 is an amazing game for both fans of the franchise and newcomers. Modern controls adds an extremely viable option for people who are new to the series or fighting games in general. Classic controls are the same controls we've all grown up with and feel great. Overall, if you like fighting games or Street Fighter, this is absolutely the best game you can possibly buy. That being said, here comes the bad. THE BAD This game is insanely overpriced. The base game is fine for the price but the cost of the game with all of the DLC is absolutely insane. There are way to get the game and the DLC cheaper(if you know, you know) but that being said, Capcom really needs to start coming up with a fairer microtransaction policy. If they could somehow fix this or make a really worthwhile bundle, this game would absolutely be a must buy. The best thing I can recommend to folks who are interested. Look into the characters included in the base game. Use the fighter rental tokens that Capcom gives to rent and try other fighters you don't have. Once you have a good grasp on who your main is(or if you already know because you're not new to the series), purchase only what you need. So if your main is in the base game, then there you go. If your main is in a particular character pass, get that particular pass or use fighter coins to buy that specific fighter. This will save you on a lot of money. One thing I hope that Capcom could do is start free weekly rotation fighters so that people who don't have a lot of money could at least try all the fighters and then purchase the ones they want based on their experience. OVERALL SCORE 9.5/10 for the actual game 4/10 for the microtransactions 7/10 Overall score for the game and microtransactions combined. If they fix their monetization though, this score will definitely be much higher
