i recommend this game for anyone with creative minds because u can do tons of cool vehicles if u learn. If its too hard to buld watch videos on youtube on how to do it. Definitly reccomend recuing people
as much as ive been getting into this game recently for being able to download peoples cool builds and use them, its an absurdly glitchy unplayable mess if you want to actually use the things you download. the whole search and rescue gameplay is you go to a place, do a quick thing and then you have to usually manually carry the npcs because they dont even have a basic ai. if you tell them to follow you they try to follow your exact movements and wont do anything else. you could drop a harness down from a helicopter right on top of them and they wont get in. walking around you could randomly die from some weird physics, you cant climb up ladders, parts will just explode if they touch in weird ways, and its super super laggy considering the game it is. oh and the editor is so awful, theres no simple things like searching or categorizing parts, it just shows you all of them and it lags and its hard to find anything. if you dont mind a game that tries to fight you every second when you just want to fly a helicopter around and save what are basically rocks then go for it. im enjoying trying out different vehicles but if there were some other engineering game with this level of detail id play that instead
1:you start the game 2:you go to workbench and dont know what to do 3:you watch tutorials how to make a car 4.you spend 5 hours building a car that dosent even work 5:you discover workshop 6:you see a f-16 fighter and try to fly it 7:you have played the game for 300 hours and know how to build fully working ICBM
not bad but way overcomplicated, it takes way to long to figure the game mechanics out and there are quite a few bugs within it such as a random death as soon as i stepped off the boat in the tutorial
love
:D good
One of the most unoptimized and worst explained games ive ever played, and i love these kinds of games normally.
Maybe it's just me, but trying to control your boat is ridiculous.
Game-breaking updates + Game-breaking updates + Game-breaking updates + Game-breaking updates + Game-breaking updates + Game-breaking updates + Game-breaking updates + Game-breaking updates + More Game-Breaking Updates = Stormworks in a nutshell. Would reccomend this, just beware of the common Game-Breaking updates. Devs I beg you to fix this game.
it is a very hard game but once you get good at building it's a lot easier
