I liked this game and finished playing through it and I'm glad I did, cause there's some cool stuff to look at and find, like those plain foam looking cactuses. Game could've used some tinkering like having a settings menu so I could change the audio volume a bit without having to go to my OS audio settings, but for a first project that part was alright, but please no motion blur if you're not gonna include a settings menu. Those models in the first blueprint workshop were funny to find, just some random car model from the unreal workshop lol. Respawning at the ship was a good choice to think about, so I wouldn't have to keep walking back from spawn to the ship and eventually even getting stuck if my ship was out of my reach. If I didn't use my grappling hook a lot I wouldn't have known it could even break, but good thing it did, cause I would've kept using it if it didn't. The drill was a cool concept, but if you give me a lot of coal, there's not gonna be much of a reason to give me any more after that section of the game, I didn't really need to get more coal since I stocked up a whole chest from the mine at the start of the game. Able to scroll through selectable objects deemed by the game with tab while having an item selected in the inventory is really annoying, the esc just opens up the menu instead of getting out of inventory when stuck after pressing tab, each time this would happen, I had to press it a bunch of times while in the inventory, not while looking at a chest to get out of it. I liked the short cinematic. game ran like ♥♥♥♥, on my rx570 I liked this game, would recommend to a friend. Criticism: thirst shader is not applied to glass, while in inventory, I can fire my harpoon, why the constant lightning, Infinite kebab production! no options in menu or while playing, no arm movement when walking, but that's more of my preference, large gear missing texture in the big workshop house that needs two small gears, players hands clipping into rocks and other world objects, can't deconstruct chests, healing with an item inside a chest does nothing sometimes, when rotating an item the icon is not centered for the item in the grid and the green guide is not centered on the mouse most of the time. could've reused 3D items instead of icons in inventory - this is more of a preference when my airship is running i can still hear it from miles away, the engine noise just kept on going and it was mind numbing for a little while, before I finished this demo,

I participated in an organised playtest for Steamwrecked. I really wanted to like Steamwrecked, the game has many of the same elements as games I love, such as base-building, survival mechanics and exploration. The small startings of a story currently in the game show promise, but no substance. The gameplay and mechanics of the current state of the game feel largely unfinished, the building mechanics feel janky and odd, the flight controls of the airship are slow, frustrating and floaty, the lightning rod mechanic is very poorly telegraphed and all sounds and visuals are the same between it working and not working. Settings are entirely absent, the game performs perfectly fine on my machine (Ryzen 7 5700X, RX 9060XT 16gb, 32GB DDR4) so the lack of graphics settings did not hurt my experience, however the lack of camera sensitivity meant nudging my mouse (Logitech G502 Lightspeed set to a high DPI) a mere centimetre sent my character spinning multiple times until I resorted to external software to trick the game into thinking the DPI was lower. Overall, in it's current state, I cannot recommend this game. This feels like it's somewhere between Tech Demo and Pre-Alpha. This needs more time in the proverbial oven, but I will be keeping my eye on it over time and changing my review if it gets better.
I'm glad I gave this game a try. For someone who isn't a fan of survival games, I really enjoyed playing Steamwrecked. It doesn't play on the Steam Deck very well so I don't recommend playing on the Deck. But once I got on the PC, I was on a roll with collecting resources and crafting the tools needed to progress in the game. The demo is short, about an hour or less; therefore, there aren't any save points in the game. You'll have to play in one session. Water consumption seems a bit excessive but if you just collect the resources you need to get to the next step, you'll go further in the game without dying. When the demo ended, I was bummed because I wanted to keep going. The blueprint upgrades kept me motivated to keep going. The water purifier is gold!! Great job on making the demo. Looking forward to the full release.
Bugado de mais, material some ferramenta some, difícil acha o as coisas sem conta que calor com a perca de água fora de logica, você não consegue estocar água, comida e de leve mais água você desiste de jogar.
I have tried to play this game but have found it difficult to progress; I love the concept and the themes but have not been able to complete the objective. Pros: I have a relatively old computer, and the games works well. The open world concept; exploring to find blueprints to further progression is fun Love the mystery of what has happened to the world Cons: The bugs - cannot create the ship upgrade despite having the required parts in my inventory Accidentally deleted the rope at the top and cannot reconnect it; the ship wont lift off now If you reach the maximum amount of weight in building, it will not let you build further - maybe this could be changed to a status effect instead like super slow travelling? Cannot save the game
Steamwrecked potential & quite promising crafting & build was quite good needs a bit of work here & there could do with sound options so i can turn music off the game-play & mechanics is quite good Overall Quite a nice demo game seems ok
Not bad. Can't complain about a free game, really. Very short, so now I know why there is no save option. Thirst and hunger rip too fast. Found it easier to empty my items and just die, rather than to keep trying to eat and drink. There wouldn't be enough in the game to do otherwise, anyway.
