About
80 kilometers of spinning metal rock adrift in space, far, far into the future - humanity's final outpost.
Inside this massive space habitat, centuries of famine, disease, war have eroded our once-mighty civilization into a medieval post-apocalyptic society and stripped away our technological heights.
You enter this world with randomly assigned attributes - strength, stamina, and agility. Your mission is clear: traverse the cylinder's expanse to enhance these traits and stay alive at all costs. Born with advantages or flaws beyond your control, you must adapt to survive.
Most don't make it past several hours, but hopefully you can and bring change to our broken world.

Though the cylinder seems empty at first, other survivors will soon arrive. Some will become allies. Some want lure you into deadly traps.
Choose your path carefully.
Will you embrace the rugged path of a daring explorer or for the ways of a simple village dweller thriving amid the bonds of community to increase your attributes unassumingly and elevate yourself into the steampunk area?
Unleash your inner adventurer, and explore each and every dip and hill inside the habitat, from soaring mountains and lush meadows to serene lakes and freshwater rivers; and immerse yourself in the quiet hamlets and bustling villages peppered across the cylinder.
As you traverse this untamed land, battling countless perils, you'll be growing stronger and stronger, honing your skills and mastering the arts indispensable for survival.
With every kilometer traversed, you will gain 2% strength, running speed via agility, and stamina to cover even greater distances without experiencing fatigue.
Heres my final verdict on SpaceWalker:
Some parts have been redacted from my official analysis due to Steam's anti-doxxing policy.
Code:
No malicious code that I could find in an initial runthrough (although I can't promise that theres none hidden in a method I'm just unaware about). The bloated file size is caused by amateur devs including packages that are completely unused. They've included multiple Unreal plugins in the build like Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. Most of their gameplay is done using Blueprints, which is also a sign that the devs have no game development experience.
Design:

Footstep sounds in the video are directly stolen from Minecraft.
Game's assets are from assets packs on Unreal (See OSINT below)
Game is just a walking simulator with no actual gameplay loop whatsover

OSINT:

Twitter:

Account was created on Janurary 2022 and last updated on February 8th 2023.

Conclusion
This was just a quick 30 minute OSINT search and I already have plenty of information regarding why this game, and developer, should not be trusted. Unfortunately this is also leaking over to Cathedral Studios, which from what I can tell looks legit for a web3 company, due to the connections between the co-founders. This game is just the next web3 scam to try and get investors. They're reaching out to large groups to try and promote a game that they have 0 game-play in and making promises. The worst part about this is that unlike a multitude of other web3 games, the promises this game is making are actually achievable, yet they seem to not have the skills, knowledge, or willpower to actually implement even the simplest of systems (such as damage/health). These systems can be put together in less than 20 minutes by an experience Blueprint developer (I've done so myself a number of times).

ABANDONED OR SCAM BEWARE i tried to register nothing happened after the first time register no servers were up. No email. No login after.

Warning: Asset Flip!
"Into the cylinder" is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace packs, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers. It's important to also note the "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism. Starwalker/Into the Cylender (the dev can't even decide what the game is called... this is a real bad sign, but it gets much worse) was intended to be some kind of Unreal based third person survival/crafting/MMORPG/Battle Royale... look, just like the developer have no idea what they're game is called, they have no idea what it's going to be. Run, just run from this one. The game is still being developed, but development is slow enough that the game appears to be headed to Development Hell. While there's still time before the game reaches the developers committed deadline to complete the game, it hasn't been updated since they launched it. There's no reliable indication the game will ever be completed, which is another reason for gamers to avoid this. It's important to remember that only about 25% of Early Access games ever get completed... the vast majority of Early Access games are abandoned and all money taken from gamers is never refunded. Early Access games are a huge risk and in general should be avoided. As it stands today, the game itself cannot be played. There's no servers, and without a server the game can't be launched. It appears that the developers pulled the plug on the back end servers when the game first hit, due to the sheer garbage asset flip quality gathering honest reviews about the game. Well, I always said negative reviews are the most helpful, because they are. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The developers appear to be involved in suspicious data harvesting as they eschew SteamWorks (because SteamWorks does not facilitate privacy invasion in the ways the developers prefer) in favour of demanding users hand over their email address and other private, personal details. Presumably this is so they can profile you, collect data on you, combine that data with other sources and sell your private information off to the highest bidder (and, in fact, anyone else who is willing to pay for it). That's reprehensible and must not be tolerated. I'm sure they'll swear black and blue they don't, so "just trust them", but I wouldn't trust these shady developers as far as I could throw them. An ethical developer would use SteamWorks. Stay safe out there. The developers made the terrible mistake of launching a multiplayer only game in Early Access. This is almost certain to kill the game. Most gamers will evaluate a game only once. If they do so when the game is incomplete, they will check it out, then abandon it (just like the developers did). When (IF) the game eventually does get around to release, there will be no players, because the developers burned the first impressions through their faulty Early Access experience. Players who saw the game and didn't like it because it was incomplete do not come back. Multiplayer games must have a large population if they are to go "viral" and succeed, especially without single player content to fall back on. Releasing a multiplayer only game into early access kills the game population, and thus the game, before the game even launches. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 4 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from (over 9,000 completely free titles), the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. The game is currently free, but the developers were charging money for it. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration, but this is also in some ways an acknowledgement that the game failed to achieve any commercial success (unsurprising due to the quality issues). It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. The quality here is simply too low for me to recommend, and the shady background of the developers should also warn gamers away from this, even for free. Also, it's broken.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

In the taskbar this is called "TheCylinderConcept" on mouseover, but if you right click it's called Third Person BP Game Template which I think is telling (:
1 star: it looks ok i guess 2 stars: it stays at a consistent framerate... of 10, but hey, its consistent 3, 4, and 5: apples come from bushes 5/5 stars, can't wait to never play it again
It forced me to log on. It then asked for a password. I entered it on stream and now my chat has my password. Also, it wouldn't let me register. 0/10 would doxx self again.
