A generally fantastic sequel to Fallen Order, with excellent exploration, environmental puzzles, platforming, and solid combat, on top of a great performance from Cameron Monaghan and the supporting cast. Would probably give it a half-star higher if it were slightly shorter (though in fairness, I did complete most of the side content; my total playtime clocked in at over 50 hours, if Steam's stats are accurate), there were fewer cosmetic collectibles (an element only moderately alleviated from the previous game), and if it didn't take the particular narrative turn it does in its final hours, which I felt ultimately did a disservice to the story the script had been telling up to that point.
пи****оты на разрабе, не могли чтоль сделать игру без вылетов
A fun game like the last one. A few major downsides though. 1) You need to edit the games Nvidia profile to get it to run above 30fps in dense areas (Koboh) 2) There's a LOT of graphical glitches. 3)Achievement hunting can be a little tedious. 4) It uses a lot of VRam, so I had to wait until I got a PC to play it. other than that its a fun game that carries on the story from the first one nicely.
Jedi: Survivor is everything I wanted, not just as a sequel to a first installment I'm incredibly fond of, but indeed as a model for game sequels. Every gameplay aspect is improved upon. Survivor grants new, unique, and incredibly fun combat options with plenty of upgrades, allowing you to both play as you please but also utilize different stances as means of confronting the skillsets of different enemies. Extra customization options for Cal's cosmetics tickles my fancy, particularly with allowing for different hair choices. Exploration is rewarding and dynamic, offering a mix of combat and puzzle-based challenges within great environments. While I prefer the aesthetics of the Fallen Order planets, the exploration of Survivor's locations is still a joy. The story is riveting, exciting, and emotional. I rank Jedi: Survivor as a companion to Andor amongst the best of post-Disney Star Wars, filling in the mystical gap where Andor fills the realistic, boots-on-the-ground aspect of the franchise. While I encountered one game-crashing issue, re-checking the files fixed it and I didn't have to deal with any other problems. Perhaps not ideal, but also not a major inhibition. I absolutely recommend playing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and very much look forward to the next installment.
This masterpiece might hands down be the greatest game I've ever played. The fact this is somehow made by the same people that made the frustrating, rushed, console-jank game that is Fallen Order is inconceivable to me, Fallen Order clearly walked so this game could FLY. This game really is capable of being all things to all players. You like to explore and free-roam? Here's multiple, beautiful open planets and locations for you to explore, discover secrets on and do SIDE QUESTS on. You like to just play the story? Here's an absolutely FANTASTIC and emotional story. You like to collect things? Here's a MULTITUDE of collectable collections. You like combat? Here's a plethora of different bosses and enemies, and FIVE different lightsaber stances to choose from, and like, EIGHT different upgradeable skill trees! You like making your lightsaber look all pretty? Here's an UNIMAGINABLE level of customisation that has NEVER been seen in a Star Wars game before, with the ability to customise every individual part of your lightsaber and NINE different colours! You like Star Wars? Here's the best Star Wars game ever made. Worth every. Single. Penny.
ONLY play this game if you're 100% in it for the story! While the game is pretty & the story is a good sequel to the last entry, there are some issues. Constant bugs - you're in for suffering between enemies getting stuck in terrain preventing progression, genuine game ending soft locks (watch out for the door on Jedha in the singing ruins), and the game deciding to randomly disable key bindings until you relaunch the game. If you're an achievement hunter like me, beware the achievement bugs! Make sure to turn off the overlay from the EA app when playing since it could you from unlocking steam trophies. Unoptimized mess - I couldn't for the life of me get a combo of graphical settings to the point where I could play without constant pop in from light sources. The shadows also had some genuine crust to them the entire game, which usually accompanied stuttering. The combat - alright, for the most part. The game genuinely had an issue with the lock on system though. To the point where it would get you killed occasionally at the worst times; for some reason the game had a habit of pulling you toward any enemy you were locked on to, so if you were juggling multiple enemies chances are you'd get cucked by being forcefully pulled out of position. EA - enjoy launching their crusty app every time you go to play; make sure you launch from your Steam library to avoid those achievement bugs I mentioned. It's been 3 years since this game came out - I assume they completely decided to ignore quality of life updates; based EA.
Жопа полыхает местами от этой игры конкретно! Но с..к пройти хочется
Highly unfortunate they released it and never updated the many bugs and crashes that it experiences. It is a good game, the story is good, the gameplay is fun, but the countless bugs make it not worth it. At first my game was constantly crashing during cutscenes, after researching and doing a bunch of fixes I got past that, but then I had another issue where all my controller inputs were horribly delayed making the camera jitter and if I pressed on my dpad it would forever scroll whatever direction I clicked. (I tried multiple controllers, all did the same thing, no other game I play has this issue) so I went through some fixes there and got that taken care of, then I had another random crash whenever a bird flies on the screen, fixed that, then the game kept dropping fps for no reason to an unplayable framerate especially during bossfights. It's just bug after bug and crash after crash. It's just not even worth it. Which sucks because it is a good game if it were properly optimized.
I do recommend this game as it is very fun if you're a starwars fan and/or if you like FO but there is one major caveat: the performance in 2026 is still utter garbage, even on decent to high end hardware from reviews i have seen. I had to download a mod just to decrease the stuttering from once every 5 seconds to once every minute or so. Game is terribly optimized and just straight up lags in visually populated areas too. If you're gonna get this game, get it on sale. There is zero way in hell you should be paying full price for a game this laggy
