Generally, I found the game was difficult to learn and I kept feeling as if I was missing the best parts of the game that would have made it more enjoyable. However, I also kept logging in to complete quests and collect resources. (I edited this review after I played for about 17 hours.) What can I say, I'm the kind of person who reads a book hoping it gets better and watches a movie to see the end even when it's not the best movie ever. Most of my friends are not that patient or curious, so I would not recommend it for them.
I messed up on creating my character, now I cannot even get back to the menu to change her skin, outfit, hair, etc. Nothing. I am highly disappointed. My character is so ugly and I cannot even change it. Plus at the beginning when I have to use ingredients in my hut to cast a spell to do the familiar, it won't let me do what it says because I am on a laptop and no matter what button I press, nothing happens to put the item in my quick slot. I cannot hit enter, escape or anything.

I saw this game cause it's VERY similar to Palia, (and I absolutely love Palia!) it just looks like a Temu version of it. Just stick to Palia guys XDDDDD
While I like the premise, the animation is slow and unskippable, and it lags on low to medium settings. (I have a desktop and have no lag playing games like BG3, for reference.) On these type of games, I don't really see the point of playing them on the lowest graphic setting. This is not to say the game mechanic or anything is bad, but if you are not a fan of animation and even interactive elements that takes 2 - 6 seconds, this might try your patience. Maybe in the future they will polish the animation and it will run smoother, and these won't be a problem anymore. For now, I cannot recommend it yet.
Not ready for players, too many visual errors in the menus and the original storybook. Hope to try again in the future after polishing.
Definitely shows promise, the gameplay has depth and the story keeps you invested. Excited to see how the game develops!
Okay, this could be a great game if ALL the glaring issues are dealt with, at this stage this game should NOT have been released yet. Here's but just a few issues I have a huge problem with.. . -Spellcasting, only at a cauldron and in my 3 hours of playing i've only cast 1 spell. Considering this is the basis of the game there's hardly no spell casting at all unless the devs think crafting is spell crafting. -NPCs wondering about and not in a place where they should be. YES! I get it adds to immersion if npcs wonder about BUT when you can't find them on the map or have to wait 30mins for them to turn up at their designated quest spot its a total waste of time. -Fishing, this is possibly the worse fishing system i've ever played, and i've literally played hundreds. It just plain and simple sucks @ss. -I've NOT encountered a single enemy to kill, if there's meant to be enemies or not I have no idea. -Movement is so floaty and like your running through a pool of mud so takes a while to run to places that don't have teleports. -Quests/Dailies are just time consuming, go gather this, go make that, deliver this to someone, that's just about it.. short of the tutorial quests for something. -Ranking craft levels.. in 3 hours I managed to raise every craft level a miniscule, exp gains are extremely low and very slow. -Bag space is definitely NOT enough, WHY do these types of games INSIST on having very low bag space when its a crafting gathering game..? Which brings me to my next point. -Stacked items only to 20..? WTAF!? What is this.. a 1989 DOS game..? Stack to 99 IF your only going to offer very small limited bag and bank space. . The game is very underwhelming and just disappointing, it looks great but gameplay's real boring, slow and bad. I HOPE the devs fix these issues presented above at some point and not keep it the way it is at the moment 'cos if they do, this will be just another generic sim/farm/builder mmo that will fade into obscurity and forgotten about.
I won't give this a thumbs down. I'll give feedback instead soley because I believe this game can be fun and will eventually be better recieved with some effort and polish. **Issues/Dislikes*** - Tool bar is over complicated. Makes play feel clunky and clumsy. Try using the standard every other game uses. Don't fix a method that ain't broke. -Character walk is derpy af. While cute, it's giving Roger The Alien from American Dad (Once you see it you can't unsee it) It makes the gameplay feel clunky and stiff. -Character movement across chunks is too clunky, makes farming/decorating frustrating as you miss the grid you look at even if you move slightly. -Right button hold down for camera movement is annoying and clunky... really only good for decorating, not exploration. -No sprinting. People like to sprint, even in cozy games. -Missmatching texture to graphics stying. Pick a style and work with it. if you go for less realism style details, things should load better, and it won't look like you're trying to capitolize off an extended VRChat world. -Oddly placed load spots in town and at the edge of the wilds. The chunks require loading in the oddest of places. -Tutorials cause game to freeze.... Why? -Blocked by tiny bushes when roaming...Why? ***Done well/Enjoyed*** -Storyline is nice, fresh and well thought out. -NPC personalities are nice and fairly unique. -Quests are easy to understand and easily acheivable. -MAGIC!!!! -Cute animals (not a fan of the textures but still) -Functional beds -Codex works great to learn skills without getting stuck in a tutorial. - Can play with friends. -MAGIC!!!!!!!!! I think this game has potential. I don't know if some of the things I consider issues were a styling choice or just someone learning how to create a game in their spare time. If it's the latter, keep it up, you've got this. I'll keep playing for now. I do hope to see this game get better and am excited to see more of the storyline.
The game looks nice, but it feels incomplete. There's not much content, and the mechanics are too simple and sometimes boring.
