Spacecats with Lasers VR

Along with Xortex, this is the best bullet hell shooter I've played in VR. I was a bit put off by the team but it isn't that prominent while you're playing (you mostly see lasers, not animals). + Good tutorial + Saw only one small bug + Cheap - Too easy: First time playing I got to 45 mins on easy before suiciding. Second time playing I unlocked all the upgrades on hard and only came close to dying once. I still haven't died. It took more than an hour. - Your score is only updated to leaderboards when you die. Maybe this why there are less than 10 people there? - Only one boss (a dog) that is lame and much easier than the normal waves and immune to damage most of the time.

Played with Oculus Quest 2 + Virtual Desktop. Worked perfectly, no issues. Pretty fun! Others have mentioned it : this is the closest game to "The Lab : Xortex" as you can get, without actually starting The Lab. The cat shooting lasers from a cheese wedge shaped spaceship is a little strange at first, but you get used to it very quickly!! It gets challenging quite quickly too. I managed to reach wave 32. I see that there is also a non-VR version, but it's a separate game, on steam and on the switch. I have not tried the non-VR one.

Normally I don't like bullet games but bieng able to move my head around and get a feel for where the bullets are in 3d space using vr is totally different. a good casual game for sitting vr.

Netter kleiner Bullet Hell Shooter, im Sale für 2,50 Euro erworben. Macht Spaß und erinnert mich an Shooty Skies Overdrive. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Gegner mit unterschiedlichen Angriffsmustern. Die Umgebung ist allerdings immer dieselbe, über Abwechslung hätte ich mich gefreut. Alles in allem ein kleiner Shooter, der Spaß macht für zwischendurch mal schnell eine Runde ballern. Gut, aber nichts Besonderes.

This game is surprisingly fun! The graphics are simple but work well in the game, and look pretty good in VR. I love the mechanics of controlling the ship by moving the controller in space. It's an excellent value at only $5.
