Warning: In-Game Cash Shop This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money/credit card details to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
We’ve got another "numbers go up" simulator with Space Miner - Idle Adventures. It’s a brain-dead clicker/incrementer: click, buy upgrades, click more, repeat until bored. Predictably, the technical execution is just as lazy as the gameplay loop. This is differnet in at least having a little bit of gameplay in it... this is Asteroids meets Cookie Clicker and if you think that's a terrible idea, you are absolutely right. Basically there's a mining minigame and a little top down Asteroids like shooting, but the bulk of it is just grinding upgrades so you can buy bigger upgrades to help you grind more... it's so tedious. Fans of idler incrementers (are you okay?) will be annoyed by the lack of offline progression and constant need for attention to the game... and I agree, that's the antithesis of this game genre, which is what lead this to no success here on Steam Direct. Also, cash shop cancer. On the topic of visuals, the weak looking 2D retro assets seem like they'd be more at home in a browser game or a mobile app. 3D graphics accelerators hit the mainstream of PC gaming in the mid 1990's with cards like the ATI Rage and Voodoo3D, there's no excuse for such poor 2D graphics in 2026. That alone is enough to disqualify this for recommendation. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this. In terms of public reception, the "free" price tag didn't help. This peaked at a handful of players and then immediately cratered. With a peak count of less than 50 gamers (out of over 130 million gamers and over 40 million daily logons), it’s safe to say the PC gaming community has collectively decided to ignore this, probably because of the reasons supplied in this review. Given that this free game won't increase your game collector count, is it worth your time to add it to your library? Definitely not. This is impossible to recommend. To quote another Steam reviewer, this should be a paid product... they should be paying people to download it. There are over 140,000 games on Steam, not every one of them is a hidden gem. I'm here to help gamers find the ones that actually matter in that sea of Steam Direct self-published mess. If you don't agree with my findings in this review, you should definitely download it and play it to see for yourself. I'm happy to have helped you make an informed choice, regardless of the outcome. You deserve the best.

The game is free to play, which is appropriate. It still needs a lot of polish. You expect these kinds of games to be somewhat difficult to figure out, but this one is difficult to navigate because there are a lot of missing pieces. The UI is clunky, things just aren't explained at all. There are some good nuggets of ideas here - the asteroids giving off a bunch of different materials in various amounts, for example, the laser turrets and mining drone being fun methods of automation. I feel like the dev has some promise and I'd like to see more. I'll check in on this game in a few months and see how it's doing after (hopefully) a few updates.
Juego entretenido, sin demasiadas complicaciones. Ideal para gente mayor.
mining is fun
Temu No Mans Sky
Extremely boring game
Tedius. No clear way to select certain needed minerals- you just have to hope an asteroid comes by. LIttle progress without selected minerals!
HORRIBLE UI
