Quite interesting concept, and the gameplay looks good, too. After playing through the demo, I'm already curious about what awaits me in the full game. But install the demo/ prologue and see for yourself. Thumbs up for now and see you in 2022.
A+
Quite a lot better than it sounds. Interested to see what the full game will add.

Not normally my sort of game.. But I love it!
This game isn't just a cat space combat game. This game implements some less used mechanics such as interacting with the interior rooms of your ship and being in different rooms does different things. It's honestly a good mechanic that more games should use aswell. The combat is good. The demo poses no challenge at all with the current ship weapons damage, ship speed and enemy ships being too slow to keep in weapons range and too weak to deal the killing blows when within range. This isn't a bad thing if the storyline is engaging and good. With the derelict ship interaction it's looking like the events will be good. But the combat can do with more of a sense of danger. Just spawning in next to a bunch of enemy ships that'd have otherwise never remained close to you will get old if this happens often. But having no risks involved thanks to your missiles and beam weapon can make combat stale. May be worth the main characters somehow losing their ship and the player having to rebuy the missile room and the beam weapon. The basic main gun is well balanced with damage output and short range.
This is a good concept and for what it is (a one man dev-team) very good. I'm looking forward to more content being added
This will be a very good game. (The concept, the design, the background music and mostly the game mechanincs.) Of course, there are some issues still (for example I can't use the shop, becouse the panels floated off my screen), but that's normal at this stage.
Turn based tactical combat has always been a favourite genre of mine and the demo of Space Cats Tactics did not disappointed it's characters feel nostalgic and sweet! I enjoyed the different mechanics of roaming around shooting asteroids, gathering loot,
Great game, super cute. It's purrfert.
There's a lot of innovative mechanics here and a lot of potential for fun strategy! The theme makes the experience have some fun and a bit of spice, and I'd love to see things like your cat crew having unique interactions depending on what they're doing in each room (purrsonality factored in of course), or making little sounds when you tell them to do something. The space combat is very interesting and I'm curious to see more! A few bugs here and there but knowing cats they'll be squashed I'm sure. Good work Alex and I hope this skyrockets through multiple galaxies of success! Oh yeah also I own 9 cats so you can trust my verdict on this game
