One of the few games that feels genuinely rewarding replaying (albeit it's not your standard fresh playthrough IYKYK...) You get that feel of accomplishment for completing things in different ways; building your roundtable out, making choices regarding quests and characters etc.. The visuals in the game are nice & charming; nothing over the top The ability to skip through conversations you've already is great (either fast forward or entirely skip) and the game telling you which responses you've already given in a previous playthrough. The story has twists and turns (the romances are confusing; more like one-off flings, but are usually implemented to uncover more story & quests depending who you choose) I've only experienced a couple of bugs, but none gamebreaking. 1 - If you hover over someone whilst in the map screen too fast, no details show up until you exit out and back in 2 - If you start the Ambush 'X' quest, but don't complete it until after the Defeat 'X' quest; you're able to complete both quests and gain the same rewards twice; but when you attempt to equip them twice, they disappear (So there's at least some kind of 'check for dupe' script running, just not one to remove the first quest when the other becomes active (again, not gamebreaking; would've been worse if you could dupe the most overpowered weapon) All in all, 4-5 playthroughs in, I'm still finding new things with each slight change - Still a few achievements to be found; including what I assume is the true ending; a lot of trial & error to gain as much information as I can before attempting one last no-rewind run.
4 into reruns into this game and it still find ways to surprise me. This is one of the best visual novels I have played because of it's many choices, outcomes and consequences. so uhh spoilers because censor thingy keeps bugging out for some reason Let's talk about the good stuff: 1. Worldbuilding and Characters. It's very flexible with it's worldbuilding and the characters are just phenomenal (looking at you GOATberto). Your surroundings adapt to the choices you make. The ending of the story and the knights/servants you own will depend on said choices and I really love that aspect of other characters having different endings. I also really like the knight transformations(well except maybe Dragon Knight Arron). I really find them unique and interesting in terms of story telling and in gameplay. Discovering this feature on your first try really will amaze you. I'm really attached to some of the characters because they're either well written, funny, hot, rebellious, or goth(Yes I really like both Ursula and Brunhilda). 2. Art style and Character design: Such an AMAZING looking art. This game really made all of it's characters unique and different in every way, every characters has got their own looks it is either due to their own backstory, where they live or just related to their characteristics. The background is also very good and the way it changes colors depending on the events is really cool. 3. The Rewind Mechanic: I've played the demo before and I probably has said this... I really find this mechanic extremely freaking awesome. I know that it's really just save scumming turn into a thing in game but it is still cool how you kinda need to do this to unlock specific events or characters. 4. GOATberto: Really went from a bum with useless stats to a GOAT that tanks your team because of his insane new freaking skill. Goberto is really REALLY helpful in later fights. Having difficulty with bosses? Goberto, No money to repair your shields? Goberto. I really think letting THE GOAT die just to get Dulahan is a huge uh uh (DO NOT MISTAKE ME AS I FIND DULAHAN KEWL AS HECK). 5. Goth Unlimited Lives Lady: I really really find Ursula's backstory interesting and I really love what she became due to said story. She was basically experimented by her grieving mother because of the death of her father(I think the experiments is about immortality. Once she got older she left her hometown. Because of thing her mother has done she got cursed, now she can't die. Every time she dies, she slowly forgets things. If you somehow reached her third death she's gone... only her body remains. She doesn't respond to you or anything else, just a mindless zombie following orders. I really loved her romance route, even if she clearly wants it she denies it due to your position but with a lil' bit of convincing she gives in. 6. Gen Z Teen Gal Knight: I really as in REALLY find Brunhilda's dialect and attitude so hilarious, other characters(including the sovereign) doesn't know how to respond on what she's saying when they first meet. Her story is also pretty good. As a child she was sheltered by her mother, never to be released outside. No wonder she hates her mom, she thinks that her mother (the leader of their county) is a cruel leader. In her romance route she reveals that she misses her mother after whatever the sovereign did to her. The more she experience things the more she realizes that her mother is actually protecting her. Some of the character backstories that I said isn't really accurate as I am writing this at 4am and I haven't slept for nearly 22 hours. Now let's talk about the few bad stuff 1. Bugs: There isn't many bugs in this game but once you played it 4 times in a row you'll notice it. There's a lot of typos (like the Tarcus ending), The weird Alwena and Victoria bugs and some scenes not responding. 2. Dragon Knight Arron: I really do not fw this upgrade. Lil' bro went from this adorable timid cinnamon bun to this weird, egoistic, brutal brat. Maybe I haven't seen much of this transformation but the first few events with him is extremely infuriating. (But he is strong I'll give him that.) 3. Zombie Ursula: If you somehow romanced her before she became a zombie she somehow still acts as Normal Ursula. If you romance someone else after her third death, she get's jealous... I was literally shocked when Zombie Ursula came in front of me then talks... like isn't she supposed to be unresponsive?[
Very fun casual game in the vein of Dispatch. Artworks are splendid. Lines of dialogs are a bit quirky, which surprised me, but it works in its own way. Good game.
arte maravilhosa
Vive la Bretagne ! Excellent jeu !

I think my playtime speaks for itself when I recommend this game! It was a fantastically enjoyable game to me, and I'm still obsessed with the level of care that's gone into crafting the aesthetic of the world, particularly the fashion and character design. One thing I will say is that it's a game MEANT to be played more than once. If you've only placed it through once without touching New Game+, you've only played half the game IMO. For that reason, I personally would ignore any negative reviews that describe playing it only once. I personally played it four time, just for fun. I could've gotten the ending I wanted on round two, but I was enjoying it so much I didn't want to stop :)
