Soul Searching

Soul Searching is a survival adventure game with an interesting premise, but it falls flat in execution. The gameplay gets boring very quickly, with water navigation being tedious and survivability mechanics feeling more frustrating than engaging. The story and ending come off as strange and unsatisfying, leaving little to appreciate beyond the initial concept. 5/10 at most.

Fiquei surpreendido positivamente com esse jogo. Apenas completei as mini-histórias e adorei, ainda tenho que testar o modo história. É como se fossem vários jogos dentro de um só, os diálogos são muito divertidos.

Much better than expected. I like the vibe and the story-telling, and the soundtrack is awesome. The gameplay is minimalistic yet polished. It truly carries [i]a special sense of authorship[/i].

I thought this was a short survival sailing game. Technically, I guess I wasn't wrong, but that isn't all it is. It's weird to me that this isn't more popular while games like Milk Inside a Bag of Milk do so well. Don't let the graphics put you off.

Переборите первое впечатление от графики, она на 100% справляется со своей функцией и не мешает игре. А сама игра отличная (хоть и небольшая): у вас есть плот-"база", на котором вы перемещаетесь между островами, общаетесь с обитателями, и ищите себя.
