游戏更新得极慢,胡乱BAN人,环境烂得不行
Positive: I haven't been banned yet for going afk (I also afk away from enemies). Not so positive: If you are on a controller, the beta is very much so beta. It lacks a lot of QoL functionality, like sane inputs for the skill menu (It is hard to get the input you want), the ability to toggle your hotkeys instead of having to hold to use a different set, the ability to not trigger a map change when you open your menu and try to look at the map, the ability to click certain buttons on the map, etc. One thing that could be changed would be chords. Perhaps a button chord (such as down on joystick + the trigger buttons) to swap skillsets or equipment would be useful? The gameplay isn't that interesting either. You basically just fight against other players for monster kills. That is the entire difficulty of the game in a nutshell. Other players are competing for the same resources. You often have players that are clearly overleveled one-shotting entire maps in moments, forcing you to keep changing channels until you find a map that isn't having that issue. Note: There is no guarantee that there will be a channel without the farming issue. You can also have the issue where harvesting sometimes is a bit odd where it might harvest a further node than you are at if the nodes are close enough together. Annoying if you are looking for a specific node or a node spawns near a portal/secret entrance. Players can hide or obscure important elements like the chest in the spawn or certain NPCs (especially if the player is new). There does not seem to be anything that prevents players from placing shops near important elements as long as it doesn't cover the element, which can be confusing for newer players who might think an NPC is a shop + player. Another annoyance is that if you are gathering instead of trying to compete for loot, semi-random boss spawns disables gathering mode. Especially annoying on controller since it is a whole process to switch skillsets and you might not have time for that in some situations. This matters because if the reports are true that people are getting banned for going afk near enemies, this is probably why: They switch to gathering mode when something happens and then get kicked out of gathering mode when a boss spawns. Mixed: The loadouts for equipment is essentially a new inventory. This is good for holding more items, but also kind of bad for if you want to have similar loadouts except for maybe a change of a weapon. I get that they need to make money, but it is annoying to have inventory space as shop items. Not sure if there is any way to get these in game.
This game can only be played solo. If you run into other players on the map and they submit a report against you, your account will get banned the next day. What’s more, support tickets are always answered by bots, leaving you with no chance to get your account.
Terrible MTX practices. They create their own problems and sell their own solutions.
a really cute indie title that I was hoping would do great things, but honestly I don't think the dev has enough resources for what they are trying to accomplish. they see botting and afk farming as really huge problems, and going by some other reviews of what high level play looks like that might not be unfounded, but they use wide sweeping inconvenience machines to combat botting which bots can be coded around and actual players have to deal with the consequences. I had built around using toggle buffs that make your character tougher and reflect and redirect damage. right as I started getting settled in my build, they released an update aimed at botting that made toggleable skills all disappear if you met some extremely low bar of what was considered afk. At the beginning, it essentially meant if you werent constantly attacking, they would go offline. after quite a bit of pushback, they eased up on it but only barely. In the time it takes to write a couple messages, tab out to look at something, or sort a few items in your inventory, you are suddenly without buffs that you don't normally check on because they are otherwise permanently on. This can leave you jumping into the next fight with a huge chunk of your defenses gone, and us ultimately just a punishment for using toggle abilities since bots can just.. avoid triggering the afk detector, and aren't annoyed by constantly checking to see if their buffs are up. I stopped playing a couple weeks ago and I do plan on trying again in a few months to see if anything has improved, but I worry that they simply cannot get the tools required to combat botting in a way that isnt extremely detrimental to users.
Slow, boring, no variety
The game is run like a non-commercial personal pet project. See all other negative reviews that mention childish moderation approaches, and other related issues. Patches are managed in a same way, by pushing them to live server and any bugs are resolved live, meaning your character or entire account can become a casualty of an unfortunate patch issue. You get all your skills that you'll use during the first ~15 hours, after that, there's nothing to look forward to. The gameplay is very jittery, laggy; depending on the server load the problem is either managable, or unbearable. Loot system is good (however, balanced around auction house), builds are interesting enough, but there's almost zero in game explanation of mechanics, therefore you mostly guess or search the web. UI is TERRIBLE, chat only fits 3-4 very short lines of text, its almost unusable. As an example: you select 'party' channel, you no longer see local messages. You can scale UI to be smaller, and it helps with clutter, but it doesn't make chat or other elements more usable. You can't resize any UI windows to fit more inventory slots, etc. Leveling quickly becomes extremely slow and unrewarding. Unless you treat it like a background activity while doing something else, this game is not for you. However, by paying no attention and not grabbing your items, you risk losing on ocassional valuables (or getting banned for 'botting'?), any loot very quickly becomes shared with other players if you don't manage to pick it up in time. You can mitigate it by buying a cheap subscription (2.49$ for 30 days) and having higher looting radius, but it doesn't solve the issue, only makes it less severe. For ultrawide users, the game is limited to 16:9.
極度糟糕
**TLDR - Don't waste your time and or money with this rmt, bot infested trash heap. Go play maple classic. Neat little game, can be fun just beating the hell out of mobs and doing the three Ds all over the screen. Positives: - Fresh - can be fun little grind - multiple build possibilities Negatives: - Bots are everywhere, RMTs in every map (Dev team is aware but painfully slow at reacting to the afk/botting situation) - Rules about botting etc... are rarely enforced. Report system is just for show, Real players get punished, actual botters and rmters do not, those who rmt'd and botted early got away scott-free. - Asian plague (^relating to point above) - Map size per player is VERY tight. - Channels are over run with people per map in 30+ areas causing any grinding to stall heavily. - Only way to have a "clone map" to yourself is a very rare item which either costs alot or rarely drops (no cash shop solution either) - ** Poll failed 4 days ago about the "State of botting/rmt" with which they were going to curb rmt by allowing cash shop items to be sold on AH (like other fremium games would do), poll results were 75% in favour. THEY Pulled out and said "We are going to keep the state of the game as is". Letting the botting and rmt go on with no attempt to do ANYTHING. -** Class Balance sucks, all magic and faith hybrids are OP and not nerfed or tuned. Ninja gets slapped hard. Dev team is clueless about Balancing. - Party loot/exp is based on damage dealt not proximity to kill or group size. - Solo play is actively encouraging. So some fat neckbeard op high level can come in and camp your kills/loot, mobtagging doesn't matter in this game, if you're first but lack the dps/gear, you are last and or lose out/can get sniped out of loot and a kill, THANKS DEVs!.
