This game is not bad but the realism is. If for some reason you want to shoot someone in the head. [Example] the cannibals with bone armor, creepy armor, or the brutes. They don't die within the first shot to the head. It makes sense that the creatures, mutants, etc, can take a lot of shots to the head or wherever it is, because they are basically abominations that have lots of fingers for legs and ♥♥♥♥. But for some reason when they were making this game they really had to exclude the part of realism. I get that this is just a video game, but I will never understand making a survival/story game and then ruining the whole point of the realism part. ( I am making this because I died 6 times in a row to cannibal raiders from the same save that I took 40+ hours to do btw)

SotF is a very fun game and best played with multiple people. the system in the game are relatively simple and the skill ceiling is low enough for newer players and possibly even game journalists to progress through the game without much difficulty. The game features several dozen secrets, a beautiful island to explore, and a mildly challenging story mode. This is a huge step forward from the first game and I'm very much looking forward to the next.

Gameplay was fun but I found the ending to be SO misogynistic and creepy (not in a fun horror game way), the implication that you got this traumatised nineteen year old girl pregnant after looking after her like some skittish animal/child was so gross. You can tell this game was made by sexist straight men for sexist straight men the way the only female character either ends up either dead or pregnant, never uttering a single word throughout the story. Also, even disgarding Virginia's plot, the ending is still bad and seems rushed/unfinished/unsatisfying.

Turn the bat sound down, like make your audio guy actually wear headphones or something lol, actually painful

The game mechanics and story are interesting however the ending with Virginia being pregnant is creepy and does not many any sense given her character is A. 19 B. Clearly undergoing involuntary surgery in the ending C. Throughout the game is seen to be silent and traumatised which does not correlate to having her two endings be either death or pregnancy.

This game is really fun and I love the fun headshot dieing animation but in multiplayer I either learn how this 37 year old man divorces his wife or just some little kids using cheats but I really recommend this game good graphics and lots of things to make and there different seasons there pistols riles shotguns and crossbows but if you find the right people to play with you you can have a lot of fun.really good story and if you don’t wanna finish the game you can just survive yourself or with others
