Before I played Snapshot, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
My overall opinion on this game is mixed. On one hand, I was intrigued by the story - the girl who grew up in a magical family choosing science over magic, and the nature of the family dynamic - and the concept of taking pictures of the past was intriguing. I feel like the plot contained many elements that I typically enjoy, but, like other reviewers, I found it hard to absorb what I was reading, and I felt like the game didn't reach its potential; I also cannot say that I enjoyed playing through the story, though I also did not dislike the experience either. I appreciate that this game had a lot of thought put into it, and I would happily give the developer another chance, but the game just didn't captivate me.
#tinygamereviews
Not a big "visual novel" fan, but this throws that into perspective; I don't, and am never compelled to, care about anybody in this story. I felt it had a lot left in the air and i was hoping that it would it wouldn't have unsolved story lines but it did. It also felt like it jumped around a bit from place to place which i found a bit disorienting. I cant say that I liked it but I also cant say that I hated it. It is a free game (kinetic novel) so its not like your losing any thing if you don't like it only at most an hour of your time. To sum up my opinion I wish it gave more information and didn't leave some things unexplained. Just try it for yourself.
