it's really fun to slowly learn how to best utilize each mechanic and see it become from a simple looking game into strategy. It kinda reminds me of a fusion between chess and DND combat.

This game is fun! From what I’ve seen so far, you control three types of units and you can change the board to add bonuses that affect them. The goal is to get one of your units to the other side. Matches are fast not really like chess, more like checkers but way more fun. I love how it looks and sounds, and the fact that you can talk to the person you’re playing with makes it feel like a real board game online.

Been playing since before the playtest!! The game of all time

It’s one of those games that feels simple at first, but the more you play, the more you start appreciating how smart and satisfying it is. Every match feels intense, and when you win, it actually feels deserved. It’s easy to jump into, hard to master, recommend if you enjoy chess-like duels.

Really solid 1v1 tactics game. It’s basically a digital tabletop duel — full information, no RNG nonsense, just pure positioning and mind games. Matches are quick but still feel strategic, and the unit/terrain system adds enough depth to keep things interesting. Easy to learn, hard to master. If you’re into turn-based strategy and competitive 1v1, it’s definitely worth a try.

Trying this game for the first time, I was kind of sceptical. It was also rather fastly played till my first lose 😅 but then it triggered me to try it again, by learning the strategy played by my opponent. I have to admit this game is a lot smarter than I thought. The more you play, you realize it's different every time, which makes it enjoyable each time, by having to change your strategies depending on your rival. I really like the perks you can choose from the keeps changing board. Very recommended!

I love the chess‑style strategy here, but it’s way faster and super easy to learn. Every match feels sharp, and the whole thing has a real tabletop vibe.
