The world is not nearly as "alive" as advertised! NPCs dont know how to drive and they don't react to anything you do, including punching them to death. Sure there are lots of buildings and different neighborhoods, but less than half of the buildings are enterable, and NONE of them have any loot/shops/literally anything inside. All "loot" is found randomly on the ground outside, none is spawned from killed NPCs or found inside houses and all loot just turns instantly into money, which is effectively just score, the goal of the game being to reach the score limit in whatever time you choose at the outset. There are weapons you can buy with it, but getting nothing from dead npcs means its a waste of time. you can also buy vehicles with it but you have to get out of them every time you pick up an item because they're bound to the same button (no options menu=no key rebinds). i bought a bike for 500, had it for around 5-6 min before I got randomly warped halfway across town and it got left behind. I looked for it until i reached 2000 score, i mean money, and just went and bought the scooter instead. the scooter was okay until i started using it to help me find more floor loot, where I realized it took so long to get back on it after picking up money its basically only for travelling to new neighborhoods. But then I realized the other neighborhoods are going to be the same hollow ghost towns full of nothing to do so i gave up.
