i highly HIGHLY recommend if you stumbled upon mlp torture videos as a child and had a strange interest in them. i got the game on sale but honestly it's worth every single penny even at full price very rng, i recommend checking the guides regarding keeping your sanity as high as possible, even one point is actually very crucial and could bring high chances of getting lynched, probably the most annoying part (getting very far and just as you're about to kill the last few ponies, suddenly you find yourself getting randomly lynched) keep mayor alive (if you kill him by accident blindly, either end it all or try your absolute BEST to not lose sanity, also use the death letters to your advantage late-game) , make it a priority to find out who your disciple is, and you're all good again, i recommend yes yes she slaughter on my horses till i pinkorollo
cute little strategy game about (tactically) murdering horses, gaining information, & keeping your VIP reputation in tip-top shape. very replayable with fun achievements & challenges to keep things fresh. bugs are present (its EA) but anything noteworthy gets patched asap. overall a great game for the low cost!
You can tell I used to love this game by how many hours I have in it. I'm also the original creator of the fandom wiki. But the game's basically unplayable now. The core gameplay was changed to be completely RNG-based. There's only one playstyle that works anymore: attacking with reckless abandon. Not to mention it's riddled with bugs and scenes that feel just a little too long yet aren't skippable. Frustrating and not fun.
The game is a work of art, even though I don't like that style of game. I'm more hooked on this game than others, and I hope it continues to be updated. I wish this project the best of luck. It would be very interesting if, in a future update, the Pony breeds received buffs and nerfs to make the game more dynamic and allow us to explore their potential further And also, in the very future, it could be in other languages to attract more people to this great game. Finally, have a happy day! :)
If you like the game Mafia, and ESPECIALLY if you like playing the Mafia in said game, you are going to love this game. Plus, the soundtrack is SO good! All hail Pony Horse!
The game is fun. Its many mechanics make gameplay interesting and multilayered. It shocks me how much polish this indie parody game has. What frustrates me is how often victims aren't home. Like I'll target the same house five nights in a row and nobody is there. My most recent run had 18 attempts, yet only 7 of which led to actual killings (yes, I even had the pet check for whether they were off-duty beforehand for most of the attempts). Another thing that bothers me is how the town always assumes the player is the perpetrator, even if the town has zero suspicion towards me. They just somehow magically know I need to be sent to the gallows. Another problem is the lack of choices to improve sanity. The only significant way to improve sanity is with the sun card, but the card's presence is an unlikely random chance (I only got it once after four runs). This ties into the general issue with the game: the lack of player agency. Almost everything is completely random, and the player does not have enough tools to properly do anything without chance getting in the way. In my most recent run, I got the identities and locations of nearly all of the hitlist targets, yet somehow that didn't matter because I couldn't kill any of them because their plot armor is too strong. I planted all kinds of evidence at the same house that were found by law enforcement, yet when the lynch trial came, everyone voted me guilty and almost no one voted the-person-with-all-of the-evidence-planted-on-them as guilty. Overall, it's a surprisingly good and unique game, and I hope the developer continues to improve it, (Also, the houses with blood on them weren't rendering properly. The blood decals weren't transparent, so there were white-and-gray squares in the background of the blood decals, as though it wasn't properly turned into a png.)
Weirdly fun and only some times my friends give me weird looks
