Skillwood is a relaxing woodcutter simulator inspired by survival simulators and incremental games. Chop wood, mine stone, trade with NPCs, upgrade forests, unlock new trees or new areas and prestige to do even better next run.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

Sevimli, rahatlatıcı, piksel grafikleriyle oldukça basit yapılı, hayatta kalma inşa - idler oyun. Çerezlik olarak denenebilir.
A fun way to spend a couple of hours. Chop, chop, smash, smash, upgrade, upgrade. Rinse and repeat. The game has potential to suck you in for many hours, depending on how hardcore you are. If there were more achievements, I would spend hours and hours playing it myself. If you like the whole gather and upgrade thing, and particularly if you also enjoy incremental games, this one is a fun time. It's FREE, and you can 100% the achievements within a couple of hours.

I could listen to the music forever while studying. But the gameplay itself just isn't for me - I don't see myself going through the same motions of chopping different trees for hours on end, running back and forth between the same maps to upgrade stuff, and then chopping more trees. When each tree has an HP bar that you can only optimally bring down through the same sliding bar (there's not even a bigger green bar for the starter vs. higher-grade trees) holding down the mouse button gets old fast. As somebody who already does a lot of typing and clicking all day every day, this isn't really my idea of fun especially when there's no variation.
2 hours of fun. but repetitive after that, or even before that.
I don't know, this game is a toss-up for me. For the price of Free, it's not bad, really - but I guess I don't see the point? I played it for 5.6 hrs (according to my stats at the time of this review) and I've 100%'d the achievements (okay, no biggie, the achievements aren't the point anyway, right?) but it's literally just chop different woods, mine different stones, earn some "souls" to turn in and reset so you can do it all again.... I wish I didn't have to pick a "yes" or "no" for recommendation, because I guess I lean toward no - but not because it's a "bad" game, just because it's tedium for little-to-no point.
Nice art style, smooth controls, and a consistent progression system
I just found this game today. Thank you for making it and letting us play it! It's quite fun :D I'm enjoyed myself!
This is a great game for being free. It does a really good job of making the upgrades achievable and the progression smooth. I was a bit confused about how the skill upgrades worked, as the tutorial mentioned a workbench of sorts, but it wasn't actively visible to me yet. The game also follows the same formula for each area: collect resources, upgrade the area, unlock the NPC, and move to the next area. This works, but when you have to repeat this process for seven areas, it feels a bit clunky and repetitive. More focus on the campfire as the main base of operations would be nice to see, as it easily got pushed out of mind. It's definitely worth taking the time to check out. Regardless of all my notes, I had a good time.
Wonderful game perfect for calming the mind when things are loud. Just gathering and upgrading.
A fun little game with a lot of potential to expand!
