Siren's Well

While I know, that most likely this isn't a cynical cash grab and the dev is invested in their own fantasy story and world, I can't with a clear conscience recommends this game. It's buggy and janky, combat is the worst offender, the lighting is not configured correctly within UE5 and therefore presents many visual artifacts. All in all I wish the best for the dev, maybe their 6th game will be the one which is actually very good.

Bought it, refunded it, bought it again to give it another chance. Still not worth it. Nice soundtrack and graphics, but gameplay is very clunky, janky, irritating, and glitchy. Cannot recommend in good faith.

having played all 3 of omo's games, this is by far the gem of the bunch. you can see how much he's built on his dev knowledge and it shines through in this one. i'm 2 hours in and thoroughly enjoying every bit of it.

Gooner slop, like with every other game released by this dev. I wish nothing but the best but with every release, it's as if they learn nothing and just reskin the same base game over and over again and again. The sequel is the exact samething as the first, a boring gooner slop game with barely serviceable "gameplay". Hot characters, comically bad voice acting, trash visuals, nonsensical story and storytelling, the list of problems goes on. Avoid.

Maybe the next game will be worth buying for the price

A great sexy horror game. Has many improvements over the previous title (Violet). Is well optimized for a UE5 game. Has a banger soudntrack full of nice vocal songs that really sets the mood of the entire game. It does NOT rely on spamming cheap jumpscares like many other indie horror games. Has multiple endings. LOTS of sexy costumes. Sexy cutscenes. Plus, this game made by a single dev did what multimillion dollar Capcom couldn't do in RE2 Remake: proper A/B scenarios with different enemies/routes/plot depending on play order. If I had to say some negatives about it, it would be the lack of gameplay-enhancing upgrades, and a specific fast moving enemy that kills you in 1 hit and spawns abruptly and silently (almost guaranteed you will die the first time until you learn where and when it spawns). And that the story will probably confuse you if this is the first game of the franchise you play, as it has a continuous timeline/lore going back 2 games. The dev already said there's gonna be upgrades in the next game by the way. I really recommend this game, especially if you like sexy female characters (which are becoming an extinct species in mainstream gaming in current year), and survival horror games.
