This game is incredible, so stylish, so satisfying, such a FEEL GOOD EXPERIENCE MAN. The way you improve over time, the way a certain boss starts off borderline impossible but then a few (hundred) attempts later and they BECOME EASY WORK. I love this game. 22h here but like 200h on ps5. I rebought it. ITS JUST THAT GOOD.

The game nailed the combat mechanic for real. It's really satisfied
Words can't describe how badass you feel in this game, just play it its so good.
Good game, me like. Okay now for the more in depth review, I like this game a lot in pretty much every regard but honestly it's almost too easy? Most things that are hard in the game are either gimmicky or harder because of how you choose to play the game. What I have noticed from beating the game and doing almost all the challenges (other than the achivments) is that the skill celling is... Actually really low, for a first time playthrough then a second then a third it's fine, great even however you will reach the skill celling by the second playthough and the game is fairly short so that's like after 12 hours and the game has so much... Fake depth. There are so many combos, moves and situational actions that can really show off how good you are at the game but that's the thing, it's more flash than substance. The more complicated moves take time to learn and the understanding of when to use them making them even harder to learn, but I said it was too easy so why am I complaing? I can learn how to play the game and look good while doing it. Well you see- There's no incentive. The methods that I learned from my first playthrough are still the gold standard and none of those require special input or situational understanding, they just work and it is so hard to beat. I just get frustrated trying to learn the depth when it just feels less effective. I have seen people who have mastered the game and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is it clean but one thing I have learned and also see in those videos is rarely do they actually just do the path of most efficiency not because they are so good but because if they did, they couldn't be flashy and then if they couldn't be flashy all that time they spent learning was pointless. Overall I really like the game and I wouldn't have tried to get better at it if I didn't but with that being said I just wish there was more of a reason to, I already found my win buttons and it is so hard to get out of the programing to just use them, over and over again, it's too bad but then again the fact that there is more to learn when I already have "mastered" the game is a great thing for a great game.
