Great game, have heard a lot of hype and had to find out for myself, definitely worth adding to your library. Whether it's domination with your military might, scientific expanse, leader of the arts or a religious expansion - so many ways to win a game. Very interactive, much fun.

This game is pretty much complete. Countless of options, challenges and strategies.

Better than both 5 and 7, in my opinion. It improves on a lot of mechanics from earlier Civ games. My main complaint is that the user interface is, in places, unintuitive and user-unfriendly. Still, the game is a lot of fun. Get it on sale, if you can.
