brave new world nerfs a lot of things in the game, and then added it back in by busy work, like manual trade routes. why the frick do i have to do it manually? brave new world added a lot of desicions and choices and game concepts... that are literally designed to keep youi busy in between turns, and ends up not even mattering. at all. archeology, world congress, and other things. religion is just stat modifiers. boring. espinoge is pointless. boring. brave new world also nerfed expansion heavily. 5% more tech and culture costs per city. basically, you are sharply limited to at most four cities. you cant even take anymore cities without badly crippling yourself. diplomacy is reduced to just selling off excess resources for money. boring. ohj, and the AI cant use the combat system at all. not even close to being decent at it. ergo, they cant do anyhting. boring.
