Everything is so frustratingly slow. Tower radius is tiny to the point where they feel useless.

It's very fun and very simple. Reminds me of the Flash games of way back when. Not very deep but it doesn't need to be. It's very much a relaxing game that I can play to just sort of veg out to.
I do struggle to find all and any reason to recommend or even positive highlights for this game. But I really didn't find any. The art style is very low quality, it looks like most if not all of the sprites were designed in mere minutes, maybe even seconds. It's clear very little effort went into them. The audio is easily the worst attribute this game has, by far. I have no idea what the developers were thinking. I'm assuming it's meant to be comedic? But the sound effects are just... bad. I mean, I can't describe it in any other way, it is just straight up, bad. The gameplay? It leaves much to be desired. I don't think it's bad at it's core, I mean, how could it, it's a tower defense, it's very basic. But, there's only 3 towers, there is no skill expression, no dashing, no upgrades. All it is, is 3 very very basic towers, with no unique animations. Just reused poor art from other aspects. For a student project? Fine, maybe if I was a teacher, I'd give it a pass, assuming it was a week long project. But, even though I am not a fan of most of these student projects, it seems that most of them had at least a month's worth of work put into them, so this one is very bad, relatively speaking. I'm not trying to discourage the developers in any means, but rather, I would much prefer that more time is devoted into their games, rather than everything be rushed and turn out a sloppy, and low quality mess, such as this.
This is... certainly a game. It feels like something I would see in a GameJam, ngl. It feels rushed and like it was made in two days, which it might have been. For a free little game, it's fine. My only complaint is that everything feels really slow, like grossly slow. All the enemies move really slow, the player moves really slow, your towers shoot slow, it just felt... meh. I died at like... wave 12 and didn't want to try again due to how slow it felt. The only changes I would probably do would be to make things feel faster, especially the player. Increase the tower's radius, as the towers have a very small range. If things were sped up, the ice tower would actually be useful. One last tip, please change the sound effects... Every button, every bullet, every enemy death are mouth sounds. I understand why you would do that, it adds a cute charm to it, but everything makes those noises and it just gets really annoying after a bit. TL;DR: The game is slow, feels like a GameJam entry, the sounds are annoying after a bit, and the towers aren't that useful. Over all, it's meh for a free game. 5/10

I drained my bank into the area of effect placement on each attempt; my final strategy was a crossbeam of mushrooms alongside a diagonal pair of shooters. I'll refrain from echoing a common complaint of speed, although I did agree to the point of naturally avoiding the slowness effect, since most creatures moved slowly enough to be entirely killed in the area of effect. Although I find myself to be an easy target for voice acting and voice-activated sound design, the latter is much harder to do well perhaps due to forgetting the intrinsic nature of most languages to create audible contrasts, and as a result the fun of the voice turns to strife. The game is a high pressure environment that turns its events on a dime, from a sluggish beater against beetles to a mazer race through the beetles' bullets for that fruitful spoil. Purchasing upgrades or even just healing for the tank could be a novel dimension that allows more disengagement with the Grain mood and further towards the Nerve aspects. Rock On! Island is a fascinating member in the UFO 50 Collection, particularly for such an unexpected balance towards upgrading the player character rather than building up "towers" with which to "defense." The late game becomes extremely tightly wound, which to my knowledge is greatly inspired by the Bloons TD style, but the absence of that games player character results in a more singular mood of gameplay. Shroom & Doom gets a C for Crush Room.
Intresting consept with tower to place down around the map, but overall thh pacing and movement speed is to slow making the game boring
