It's hard to explain, but I just love Shooty Skies, it's so fun and addicting!! It's kinda like a shooting game for wimps (no offense, I mean it in a good way lol) with airplanes, and all the characters are really cool!!! I especially like the cute characters :3 Also, I remember first playing this game on a tablet when I was little, and now I can do it again on my computer, which is awesome! Shooty Skies is way underrated for how good it is, even if the devs probably don't work on it anymore. What a relic!!

Хорошая мобильная игруха, которую перенесли на компьютер Динамичная, красочная, относительно расслабляющая(только если ты не хочешь выбить все достижения) На достижении за 1750 очков на хардкоре полыхало...

In a just world this game would have more daily players than Counter Strike.
Warning: Microtransaction infested mobile app! This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
"Shooty Skies" is one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. It's ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS. And that's before the cash shop. This is a scam. This is basically cancer, a dead PvP mobile app with asset flip looking assets (the developer has published asset flips onto Steam already) with a toxic cash shop and toxic cash grab/scam tier DLC. It looks like some kind of low poly arcade game, but everything, absolutely everything including play time is gated behind microtransactions. There's a special place in hell for this kind of toxic developer greed. There's only a superficial game here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the too-bright, colourful, thin plastic cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, the mobile app "game" is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Putting that toxic mobile app monetisation aside... this is a mobile app. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could pretend it's an iPhone, and I don't think you did either... this kind of mobile app has no place in your Steam library. This game is fairly dated at 7 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. On the important matter of pricing and value for gamers, there's a lot going on here with monetisation, so this really shouldn't be considered a truly free product because of that. You're expected to pay up $165 USD to unlock content through DLC purchases. The game should not be considered completely unlocked until you empty your wallet for the developer. This is misleading and predatory pricing on a product falsely marketed as "free". Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. I didn't have to pay for this, but I still feel like I got scammed.
