This game just demand you to spend real money to get cards upgrades. if you don't have certain cards at 3 stars you just can't do anything. A normal player vs someone who is useing only legendaries/epics, than you can just quit and go next
The game has potential to be greater but i can't give it a positive review now. There's one main design flaw that stopped me, the fact that you need hundreds of "cores", thousands for relics, just to upgrade a single card. This, considering that you get average ~200/day from daily/weekly/monthly quests. You can fix this problem quite simple, increase the rewards of daily cores 5-10 times, maybe add other sources from battle passes for example, or/and add a method to dismantle, scrap unwanted cards to obtain cores. I understand the early stage and the fact that this has the same name but is another game than it used to be, that is unimportant, you can make it work. Not until your in-game economy is working tho, right now the progress is stopped at two options: play very long time to upgrade very few cards or spend thousands to have the same result. Is much easier to get 1 dollar from 1mil people than try to pray 10k from 100 people, right now you are stopping the player base to actually play it. Think about it, this platform is literally full of games, who in the right minds would spend 200$ for this when they can probably buy 4 great full titles for it. Edit: After playing a while more, i have to add a few more things: the gameplay is crap, at first it looks ok because you play mostly against bots, but in the higher leagues is impossible to progress. 50% of my matches past 2 hours have been against the same guy, that's right, i started a week ago and the guy has over 2 years in game. He used cards that i don't even have, his deck was 30% stronger than mine, tho he deliberately lowered its power. Then after some time i managed to get into reward ranks, but is been a week now since they don't respond support mails or on Discord chat, because i was never give the rewards for past season. I was hoping it gets better, but they sunk it badly and i see no hope to improve it. The description tag is misleading big time, this ain't "Early Access", this is "Last Access"
was excited to see this game comeback but upon playing it and seeing it turned into a microtransaction abandoned game with nft crap. so sad to see leadership kill this game again.
According to google, i'm the only player online currently so i assume i'm just fighting bots over and over again with wierd "gamer" tags. this explains why i win so easily even though their uunits are alot stronger... Is there any way to make this game alive again? I do love the design and even though it feels like "pay to win" right now i do firmly believe that the bigger brain still wins most of the time.
This game used to be okay but new owners is a crypto company and they deleted previous card/decks you had unlocked. Game is just not worth it anymore.
Very good and now with regular updates. Also, I have found it easier to connect with people online than before....... update, the community died again and it seems the developers have decided to stop updating it
