Shaolin Bao

Try to look past the "we have Boomerang Fu at home" feeling. Clearly the devs are very heavily influenced by Bomerang Fu in most aspects of this game and readily accept so. However, as a big Boomerang Fu fan I would say that writing Shaolin Bao off for this would be a big mistake. Having put time into SB, it feels different to BF and much of this is positive. You only win a round by being the last standing, no kill-count option Power-ups are time-limited so do not carry over into new rounds or even last until a round ends Dodge cannot be used to knock enemies back/off the stage Your fan will naturally return to you if you are not obscured by objects but levels have many obstacles and there is no call-back option so it will regularly come to rest on the level and you will have to collect it There is a greater variety of deadly hazards and these are not triggered by a player pulling a lever so everyone can remain vulnerable In summary, rounds feel quicker and nobody becomes overpowered by hording stacked power-ups. Whether this is better or worse is obviously a matter of opinion but it certainly isn't the same and as a BF fan I am enjoying it just as much.

Fun party game for up to 6! Very hectic, and has worked great with friends over Steam remote play so far. The characters are cute, the music is good, and some of the arenas are honestly quite beautiful. My only big wish at this point is that the melee attack came out faster, right now it feels safer to throw the fan even in melee range. But overall worth checking out!

A great time with a few friends or even just against bots. It's very cute and simple fun, definitely worth checking out.

Can't wait to play it while chilling with friends! This game is the definition of boomerang heaven. Very easy to pick up and enjoy and I would recommend to give this game a try!

Shaolin Bao is a total blast! Played it with friends this weekend and we got so competitive. The characters are super cute (think Shrimp Dumpling and Bok Choy). Rounds are quick and chaotic, totally worth the price for a fun party game.

Really fun remote play game! The bouncing fans create some great chaos, and it's a silly mess of fun. Nice art style too
