Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 7 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Steam Deck.

a 2D indie platformer that’s both challenging and full of creative level design. The boss fights are genuinely fun. You can really feel the passion behind the project . amazing work, Sergio! such a great dev dev!

SFERA, developed and published by SergioPoverony, is an independent science-fiction action platformer that embraces the spirit of classic arcade adventures while incorporating modern presentation techniques. Built around a combination of side-scrolling exploration, fast-paced combat, and steady character progression, the game places players in the role of a highly trained operative working for the SFERA organization, a covert group disguised as a robot union. The mission revolves around tracking down and eliminating dangerous machines that have turned against their intended purpose across a distant star system. Although the story remains relatively straightforward, it effectively establishes a futuristic setting that supports the game's emphasis on constant movement, combat, and discovery without interrupting the pacing with excessive narrative exposition. At its core, SFERA delivers a gameplay loop centered on running, jumping, shooting, and exploring interconnected levels filled with robotic enemies and hidden rewards. Combat feels like the driving force of the experience, encouraging players to master enemy attack patterns while making use of an expanding collection of weapons that become available as progress is made. Collecting valuable resources throughout each stage allows for meaningful upgrades, ensuring that the player grows stronger alongside increasingly challenging encounters. One of the game's more appealing features is its customizable drone companion, which evolves into a reliable combat partner through upgrades. Rather than serving as a simple cosmetic addition, the drone actively contributes during battles, giving players another tactical option while reinforcing the sense of progression. Exploration is rewarded just as much as combat, with each location containing optional pathways, concealed rooms, and collectible items waiting to be discovered. The game's environments span multiple alien worlds and futuristic facilities, providing enough variety to prevent the journey from feeling repetitive. Between planetary missions, players pilot a spacecraft through asteroid fields where they can destroy obstacles and gather additional materials before continuing to the next destination. These intermissions provide a refreshing break from traditional platforming while expanding the scale of the adventure and reinforcing the feeling that players are traveling across a larger galaxy instead of simply moving from one level to another. Artistically, SFERA stands out through its combination of retro-inspired pixel sprites and fully realized 3D environments. This hybrid presentation gives the game a distinctive identity, allowing nostalgic character designs to coexist with atmospheric science-fiction landscapes that feature futuristic structures, colorful alien terrain, and mechanical installations. The visual style may not compete with larger-budget productions in technical complexity, but it succeeds through consistency and charm. Audio also contributes positively to the experience, with music that complements the action and voice support available in several languages. The recommendation to play with a controller and headphones reflects the developer's effort to create a more immersive experience for players who want to enjoy the game's responsive controls and sound design to their fullest. Despite its strengths, SFERA remains a focused indie production, meaning players should not expect an expansive narrative or highly complex gameplay systems. Instead, it succeeds by refining familiar mechanics into a polished adventure that values exploration, rewarding progression, and satisfying action. Steam features such as achievements, cloud saves, and trading cards further enhance the overall package, making the game feel complete despite its modest scope. The straightforward mission structure and accessible system requirements also make it an easy title for players looking to revisit the style of classic action-platformers without facing an overwhelming learning curve. SFERA is an enjoyable blend of old-school gameplay philosophy and modern visual presentation that understands exactly what it wants to be. Its satisfying combat, hidden secrets, upgrade mechanics, and varied environments create a consistently entertaining experience from beginning to end. While a deeper story and additional gameplay variety could have elevated the adventure even further, the game succeeds in delivering an engaging sci-fi platforming experience that remains fun throughout its campaign. Fans of retro-inspired shooters and action platformers will likely appreciate its balance of exploration, progression, and arcade-style challenge. Rating: 7/10
