About
Servo is a sci-fi action puzzle game where control is all about momentum. Instead of moving the drone like in a traditional platformer, you propel it forward using carefully timed speed boosts and gravity shifts.
Give an impulse and ricochet through the environment!
Why jump if you can just flip the gravity?
The world is fractured—glitching structures, impossible geometry, and shifting hazards stand between you and the exit. Every level challenges you to:
Time your boosts to launch the drone across gaps, walls, and hazards.
Flip gravity to reorient the world and open new paths.
Chain movement together for smooth, precise runs through broken landscapes.
You don’t steer the drone—you influence its motion. The better your timing and creativity, the more fluidly you’ll navigate the chaos.

There’s not much to see beyond progressing through stages in a linear order, so there is no introduction, lore, or even a single line of text explaining anything. You simply press start and find yourself controlling a drone with a core in the middle and two wheels. Even saying “in control” might be a stretch, because you only have two buttons and no direct control over movement. The first button boosts you forward, while the second changes gravity so you drive along the ceiling, and pressing it again drops you back down. With these two buttons, you navigate linear stages by using momentum and timing to fall through holes and openings while overcoming environmental obstacles and debris on the way to the exit portal that sends you to the next stage. The only limitation is that using either button drains your energy, which in practice means you can only perform two actions in quick succession before waiting for it to replenish. The recharge is fairly quick, and even faster when you remain completely still, but it still prevents you from speeding through every stage. The art style is simple, and each stage is presented in black with the exception of your drone and the movable or interactive elements that react to it. For example, there are springs that launch you upward, levitating and zero gravity objects that move when you bump into them, switches that blow up walls, and other mechanics that are introduced regularly with almost every new stage to keep you alert. Exploration is absent because the stages are linear, and there are no collectibles either. The only thing to aim for is the fastest completion time, which determines your ranking on the leaderboards. At the same time, there is no real pressure during stages, and you can take your time. The layouts are fluid and constantly push you forward, and you cannot crash because of the drone’s shape, which makes it somewhat similar to those RV cars that can keep driving even when flipped upside down. Still, there are a few situations where you can lose. This most often happens with levitating objects, especially large platforms that you can accidentally push into the wrong position and block the path forward. It does not occur very often, and the stages are short enough that it never becomes a major issue, but it can still be frustrating when it happens near the end. In such cases, the only option is to restart the current stage. The main hazards appear later in the form of red mass, lasers, and other threats that destroy you instantly. Fortunately, these stages include checkpoints, so a single mistake does not force you to restart the entire level. The game is divided into chapters made up of several stages, but there is no visible distinction between them, so you may not even realize when you have moved on to a new chapter. In the end, despite its minimal presentation and the lack of rewards beyond the satisfaction of beating a stage, the game has an irresistible pull that makes you want to play just one more level, and before you know it, you have finished an entire chapter.
