A rythym based tower defence 60/100
There's only one question: Do you like tower defense games? Yes? Give this game a try No? Go away, this isn't for you ---------------------- I can't promise you'll like it, but it's free and I found it interesting and it's a small enough download that you might as well try it for yourself if you already like tower defense games. This is a very simplified and straight forward interpertation of one with the added gimmick that your actions (of placing towers) and the shooting (from those towers) integrates into the music to create an "interactive audio" experience. Note: it's not a rhythm game, you don't react to the music, it's the music reacting to the game. Anyway, it's relatively short and stylish with some interesting gimmicks that are at least worth taking for a spin. Also note that the difficulty is actually a bit high, getting a perfect completion to make progress will require some actual frantic adjustments from you (as you move power between towers to cover various incoming tracks), but that's part of the charm. Most tower defense games are a bit more laid back where your preplanning is what is important and then you mostly watch during the incoming event. This is very reliant on you being active during the attack, placing new towers, moving power between towers and watching the incoming radar to plan ahead for the next wave. Anyway, if this had a price tag I might be a little more harsh on it, but it's interesting enough to at least check out for free. --- While you are here, would you consider following my curator page? Want to read all of my reviews and not just the curated ones?

This is a free to play minimalist 2D top down tower defense game with a hard core/dubsteb electronic music soundtrack. At the very least the price is right and fans of tower defense games who can't afford to buy them (they're not that expensive, really!) could consider this. Compared to other tower defense games this one has quite poor graphics, soundtracks are never a major selling point (I can listen to the radio for free). I do applaud the choice to make the game free, but I can't think of anyone I would recommend this game to.
