Secret Cats - Snow

Honestly, this game offers almost nothing. The only decent things I can say are that you can adjust the brightness and mute the sound directly from the game without digging through settings, but that’s it. I guess it’s "nice" if you want 100 achievements in under 2 minutes, but there is zero gameplay here. The map is tiny and has no creativity at all. The art style uses these weird green and pink colors that just look off, and the game isn't even full-screen on a 2K monitor, which feels really lazy. It requires absolutely no skill to find the cats—I finished the entire thing so fast that I actually had to leave the game running in the background just so Steam would let me post a review. Unless you are literally only here to pad your achievement count, don't bother.

This game is a simple hidden game with cats that look like cats this time unlike other games in this series. There is no counter to know how many you have found so you have to rely on the achievements (one per creature). The number of achievements is a bit of a problem as the creatures are easy to find, probably because the map is small but still bigger than halloween or pirates and the cats are at least a little bit hidden, which meant notifications popping up for 5 minutes after I had closed the game was less of an issue. There is a score board but you can only see your scores so it's useless for two reasons, one you can't compare yourself to other players and two even if you could what pleasure is there is comparing your click speed. In short it's bad and the whole series seems to be like that, I only played the free ones (hidden cats halloween, hidden cats pirates and hidden cats snow) and even that was too much.
