Screamer 2, along with 'Sega Rally Championship' were my favorite arcade rallyes games from my childhood. Very GREAT memories <3

A really poor wrapping of the old DOS game - I bought this hoping it was a bona fide port to Windows/DirectX, when I could have got the same result with a copy of Dosbox and the original CD which I have here. The game menus are impossible to navigate, due to issues with the joystick emulation. Didn't even get as far as playing the game. Disappointed.

I will try to sum it up as good as I can from what I have been shouting: "CAN YOU PLEASE STOP DRIFTING YOU PIECE OF ♥♥♥♥, YOU'RE IN A STRAIGHT LINE NOW" "HOW THE HELL IS GRAVEL SO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SLIPPERY?!" "CAN YOU STOP BUMPING INTO ME YOU MORON? WE WILL BE STUCK LIKE THIS FOREVER" "WAIT, THE OTHER CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE ALL THE SAME?" Make of that as you will. For 1996 it is not bad but the collisions are so awful that you get glued to the AI sometimes. 6 tracks to choose from but like 6 championships with all 6 in all of them. Sometimes the car will start drifting and only god knows when it will stop.

Used own this on my windows 95 pc when it came in a huge box. Suddenly the soundtrack of the game came into my head. Just had to buy it again :) Version is stable no bugs or crashes occured in the time i played.

Still great fun & handling, even regarding today's standards A classic!

This is one of the better PC racing games of the 90s. I remember playing a demo of Screamer 1 that struggled to run on my 486 back in the mid 90s but it still left an impression on me. The sequel improves on every level and gives off that old Sega Rally and Need For Speed vibe. A blast from the past and impressive for 1996!

Oh man...where do I begin. I get greeted with a loud continuous engine noise that is so loud and makes my ears bleed so much I have to physically turn down my headphones. This engine noise is throughout the whole game and drowns out the music. There is no option to turn down the sounds, only a binary on/off option to disable the music. This is a shameless and lazy zero effort DOS box port. No effort was made to update this for a modern release. The graphics look dated even by 90's arcade standard. If Daytona was the HALO of 90's arcade, this was the "007 Rogue Agent" of racing. The physics aren't "unrealistic" but just hard to drive. There is constant bumping into walls. There isn't really a sensation of racing, just navigating polygons hoping to finish the race.

Muy buen juego me recuerda a mi infancia, y los juegos de computadora.... recomendable 100% si te gusta la adrenalina

Not bad for 1996, but there are probably better racing games nowadays.
