Experienced on the Meta Quest 2
You can view gameplay & initial impressions here: https://youtu.be/-GOFNyiagB8 If you ever really wanted to be a playtester for a buggy game & pay for the privilege, then this may be the perfect game for you. You will encounter a game that is barely playable. Do you enjoy getting stuck in the terrain? This is the scariest thing about this horror experience. Do your avatar hands have to work for you to enjoy VR games? Then this game may not be for you. I'll give the developer some credit, when I first played this game, it wouldn't work at all. My hands were on the ground and I couldn't even get past the initial phase of the game. The developer did a relatively quick patch and lo and behold, I could now get past that initial phase. But do the hands work properly? No, one hand is facing one way and the other in the opposite direction! Lovely! Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I think I was getting mostly 90 fps (hard to tell when you encounter so many bugs). You do have full locomotion, along with smooth turning. The sound mix was terrible as well. The game is clunky overall when you're not running into game-breaking bugs. It does have at least one jump scare, but probably more than that. I didn't get far after facing a game-breaking bug and deciding I have had enough. Rate 2/10.
Please note: I received a free Steam key through the Steam Curator Connect program.
