it's a game that's going to get better and better as time passes, the developer is happy to hear any sugestions, and is very comunicative, which will help the game grow on a faster pace and make it ideal for us players, Big updates are on the way which will make the game better with more costumization and more content.
Sanctum Breach is an abandoned Early Access ripoff of Diablo 2, only it's a complete broken trainwreck. It no longer launches, and crashes immediately if you try... on the upside it cleans up after the crash so you don't need to go find the process and kill it. The game was abandoned some time after launch and hasn't been updated in several years, and the developer has now removed this from Steam... but not out of any sense of "doing the right thing". Instead, the developer made up some BS story about a "publisher", which simply can't be true because if he had funding, he wouldn't need to be abusing Valve's maligned Early Access program. Anyway on with the fictional excuses from the "developer", the publisher (who lives in Canada and goes to another school) pulled out, so the game can't be made. However, in order to torpedo his own lies, the developer then re-launched the exact same game onto Steam with a slighty different name. The icing on the cake? That's in Early Access too... and deep in development hell. The only reason the developer pulled this from Steam was so he could re-roll his Early Access pitch and try another round of scamming gamers into buying a crap product that will never see the light of day. Remember, don't judge shady developers by what they say, but what they do, and there's simply no excuse for the developers greedy, anti-gamer actions here. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 9 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from (over 9,000 completely free titles), the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. Unethically, the developer sold keys to this Early Access game into cheap, nasty game bundles, where they knew it would be advertised and sold as a complete PC game. This seems to have been done in an attempt to mislead gamers into buying a knowingly faulty, defective and incomplete product. When a developer does this for a game they have zero practical intention of completing, this is essentially a scam, an intention to get paid for a broken/unfinished product. Often this is done as an exit strategy, as the developer takes the money and runs. No refunds have been given, the developer kept all the money they took from gamers. Another unethical act of this developer, they kept deliberately trying to scam gamers into buying it by offering it on discount from time to time, even though it wasn't complete. It's impossible to "accidentally" discount a game. The developer looked at their dumpster fire of a game, and instead of doing the right thing and removing it from Steam, they instead doubled-down and tried to scam even more people into paying for it. Greedy, and completely unethical. Doing the wrong thing, on purpose, for money. This is not okay, even if they did change tack and remove this. Yes, this was removed from Steam, but not through any attempt from the developer to do the right thing... it was just part of an attempt to reboot the marketing for this train wreck, as the same game is now back on Steam but with a different name. Don't buy that, and if you can get a key for this game, don't. It doesn't launch.

I liked the proposal of the game even though it is in early access, you can see that it has a lot of potential, just need to improve its layout, put a pointer indicating on the map your location not to be wandering around and sellers to sell your items. , I stuffed my bag and was not even able to throw away the items, I do not know if it has this function yet that needs to pay attention to the layout of the skill tree because I could not see where I was investing the skill points, it seemed that It was not working but the game pleased me a lot and even being made by only one person you see that you have a whole dedication and a special care towards him, I hope they will launch the other classes soon.
Completely broken if running a 21:9 ratio screen as doesn't track mouse position properly making it impossible to click on buttons. Should be a simple fix but Developer doesn't seem to understand problem as claims doesn't want to do UI twice! Said come back in a month. Well month later and massive patch but sill unplayable. Really wish had got the refund whilst within 2 weeks but decided to trust developer as wanted to support him. Well I got scammed.
still needs work. 1. movement is bad 2. needs more info....tool tips on everything, a tutorial i felt lost most of the time and, was not sure what to do or, where to look. i took a screen shot of one such occasion. i know that its still in ea. i'll come back and try again in a cpl. months and see how things are going and add to this review then,
This really needs some love because its rough. Certainly early access. It's is a game you back, check out to make sure its headed toward your style of game and then shelf for a while. Check back later and see how its progressed. Very good core though. The bad: Picking up items can be difficult. Graphics are decent, but definitely need a once over. I'd say this looks like a game from 10 or 20 years ago which isn't bad because I still play those, but an overhaul would be nice. Did not see a way to exit the game, ie the escape key so had to alt+f4 it. Don't really understand the health system. Like you have a red bar that acts like potions, but not sure how that refills. There is a blue bar for mana, self explanatory, but then there is a grey bar for something. Abilities maybe? The good: Massive skill tree that looks impressive. The over world map is nicely created. It shows the various areas, lets you fast travel to them and displays the skill level you should be at to tackle the area. Frequent loot drops. Haven't played much, but there is a nice variety in the enemies so far. Definitely interested in seeing this one develop over time.
Need way More games like this. Love How much can upgrade and customize. Fantastic fighting mechanic and Controls are very Good. Had an excellent time Playing!!
Really fun game with lots of customization and character progression. Lots of Updates and fast improvements too.
The game is currently in Alpha, which means that there are loads of bugs, but despite being a one man army the dev fixes them almost as fast as we can report them. If only AAA developers could support their games as well and fix the bugs on the first try. #Ubisoft #R6 #RIPCLASH On a more serious note though, the game feels like a classic ARPG, it has a few unique mechanics that make it stand out from most (some I like, others less so) but it feels like the developer has put a whole lot of thought into making a unique game with just a bit of nostalgia for fans of the old games like D2 without being a clone. I'd personally recommend this game to anyone who doesn't mind the bugs or restarting sometimes upon new patches because I think its a great game with a ton of potential. I'd also recommend joining the Discord server because all the regulars are friendly and always willing to help if you run into issues, as well as we sometimes post work arounds for current issues that we've already run into and are awaiting a new build to fix.
This game is full of all the style and game play you can enjoy. When I bought this a couple days ago I thought , maybe, i'll just give it a couple hours then wait for beta or full release. Once I started playing though the freedom of choice on how to mold my charachter immediately drew me in. Next thing I know I've played several hours each day and sending bug reports in my free time to improve the game. I can't wait to see what the future looks like in this game. Keep up all the hard work! Its coming along great.
