don't let my hours fool you. a very fit girl let me use her account to play this game before i bought it. i spent my money on it because i want deep silver to use it and correct their mistake, or make better stuff, in honor to the great work Volition did in the past. tl;dr gameplay is saints row 3 but worse. less punchy, less daring, and not improved at all. worse weapon animations, worse gunplay, worse character design and character creation (and i'm not saying this because i wanted to make a bimbo) - the game is focused on pushing an inclusion agenda over actually delivering a saints row storyline and presentation, and i can prove that. story - starts off well, feels like it was written by the original srtt team. 15 minutes in and it's already way too corny and tacky, like they switched the board for a bunch of deviantart twitter and wattpad writers. tries too hard to be relevant, tries too hard to be relatable, delivers NONE of the humor, NONE of the social critic and drops the "everyone gets poked fun at" character that saints row had. - doesn't land at all with the character backstory. tried too hard to be inclusive and made for everyone - forgot that twitter doesn't play games, they only cancel them for having acid humor and move on. game companies had to learn this the hard way imo. - completely misses the mark on the power trip that srtt and sriv had. they forgot that the saints row formula boils down to a massive sandbox and, for the story to have any weight, the LUDONARRATIVE DISSONANCE has to be zero. gameplay - missed the mark. removed parts of the good SRTT combat animations and streamlined it all for maximum zoomies brainrot. attention to detail in customizations was a big plus to me, but that only goes as far as painting weapons. they forgot to expand the customization for guns in terms of attachments. lackluster gunfights with weapons that feel like a hose instead of a firearm - innacurate and inneffective. - vehicle customization was an upgrade. lots of options - except that the max speed for vehicles does not feel in line with how expansive the map is. - map has a whole lot of nothing and there's no exploration aspect when everything is pre-marked. useless 3d asset made to bloat the game size. - character customization was designed by a twitter user. they left out the ridiculousness inherent to the ability to make any type of character, be it a huge bimbo for the gooners or a bonobo looking SCP character - and that is what true inclusion looks like. in trying to "free the boobas" they chained them to a wall and said "fall in line with our agenda". audio - terrible audio mixing. radio and voiceovers attenuate the SFX. vehicle sounds are quiet. - great music selection. - weapon sounds are passable, but they inherit SRTT so I guess that's unchanged lol graphics - really good. that's it. buy on sale or ask the fit girlie to lend you her account.

this ♥♥♥♥ crashes every five mins it seems...and i dont have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rig 14th gen i7 32 gb ram rtx 5080 and i constantly am crashing....game is broken but for $5 i can get some fun out of it

Bugs. No DLSS support. I paid £3 for this nonsense and still feel ripped off.
