I want to kill Ryan after playing this game, ingame of course

I have done many stupid things in my life, and purchasing Ryan's Rescue Squad has to be one of them. I expected something to make fun of, but got a bland and unenjoyable platformer instead. I have only finished the first world in the game, and there might be more gameplay changes in other worlds, but the first levels did not give off a good first impression. The gameplay is overall barebones and very boring. I understand that this game was meant for young children, but there is very little to do other than jump on moving platforms and punch enemies. Speaking of punching, the punch animation takes a full second just for the wind up poses, making the attacks feel very sluggish and unresponsive. The graphics look like they came from a mobile game with low quality models and textures. Don't get it, there are much better platformers for better prices out there. The $40 price tag is seriously rediculous. (edit): Forgot to mention that this game has no options besides sound, music, and language. No resolution settings, no windowed/fullscreen selection, nothing.

Game is really cool. But game play time is really small.. The game price is really unfair with the game play time.. Gams is not worth for the price.

Die Bösewichte Dark Titan, Robo-Combo & Packrat haben unsere Freunde entführt und wir müssen sie nun retten [h1] Gameplay [/h1] Es gibt insgesamt 4 Welten. Jede Welt hat insgesamt 5 Reguläre Level, 1 Minispiel & 1 Boss Kampf. In den Leveln laufen wir ganz Genre üblich von Links nach Rechts, sammeln Sternmünzen, Gold Münzen & Farbliche Eier ein. Zudem können wir Feinde mit unserem Dash Angriff besiegen oder Alternativ ganz Klassisch auf sie drauf hüpfen. Mit den gesammelten Farblichen Eiern, schalten wir nach und nach Neue Outfit Teile frei & mit den Sternmünzen können wir diese erwerben. Um das jeweilige Minispiel Level freizuschalten muss man jeweils in Level 5 ein Großes Puzzleteil finden. Die Boss Kämpfe laufen hier leider immer gleich ab mit nur sehr wenig zusätzlichen Mechaniken. Um den Lokalen Co-Op Modus zu spielen, werden 2 Controller benötigt. Man kann alleine auch mit Tastatur spielen aber nicht zu Zweit. Grundpreis ist wie immer bei diesen Lizenz Spielen, viel zu Hoch für das was geboten wird [h1] Achievement Schwierigkeit 2/10 [/h1] Es gibt insgesamt 23 Erfolge. Hierfür muss man das Spiel beenden und dabei alle Gold Münzen & Farbliche Eier einsammeln. Zudem muss man ein Level im Co-Op Modus abschließen & alle Skins kaufen [h1] Pro/Contra [/h1] + Familienfreundlich + Lokaler Co-Op (aber nur mit 2 Controllern möglich) + Achievements + XBox 360 Controller Support - Der Grundpreis ist viel zu Übertrieben Hoch (wie immer bei diesen Lizenz Spielen) - Man kann das Spiel nicht beenden (man muss es mit ALT + F4 beenden) [h1] Fazit [/h1] Ich mag diese LIzenz Spiele von Outright Games ja sehr gerne zwischendurch spielen. Ich würde aber niemals den Vollpreis dafür bezahlen, denn das ist immer total Übertrieben für den gebotenen Content. Played and beat this game with my then 4-yr old boy! Him and I both really enjoyed it and it was our first tag-team perfect game together! Simple, fun, easy to learn & play - as the parent if you play as the main controller the camera follows you, and that give you the ability to skip certain sections that may be harder by playing as your character and advancing the map slightly - the second player will then teleport to you; this eliminates stress for the parent by helping skipping over harder sections. Ryan's Rescue Squad is a simple yet fun 2D platformer. It may look like a game for children, but I'm sure every platformer lover will enjoy this game.

In questo gioco per giocatori alle prime armi, direi bambini, impersoniamo Ryan o il suo amico panda Combo. Sono gli unici che si son salvati dal mega rapimento di tutti gli amici di Ryan. Toccherà a loro due infatti andarli a salvare. Il gioco è un semplice platform 2d di visuale e 3d nella creazione. In cui Ryan o Combo, la scelta spetta al giocatore, dovranno affrontare piccoli livelli platform fino ad arrivare all'uscita del livello e nel contempo collezionare uova e medaglie nascoste bene o male nello stesso livello. Questi due collezionabili serviranno a sbloccare i vestiti in cui modificare l'aspetto dei personaggi giocanti. Perchè, andando avanti con la storia, raccontata ad ogni inizio mondo con dei fumetti lievemente animati, libererete gli amici in trappola, amici che si dividono in due tipologie. La prima tipologia sono gli amici che si vedranno nello sfondo dell'hud del mondo di gioco, tipo il dinosauro nel mondo preistorico, che poi sono gli stessi che daranno una mano di varietà ai livelli di quel mondo, eccetto nel primo mondo. Che è un lungo tutorial per chi è alle prime armi con i platform. E quelli controllabili dal giocatore, c'e ne saranno solo 2, ma tranquilli, a parte l'estetica non differiscono dai due iniziali. Il gioco è composto da 4 mondi e gli stessi suddivisi in 5 livelli con un sesto che è un minigioco che si sblocca trovando un pezzo di puzzle, nascosto unicamente nell'ultimo livello di ogni singolo mondo. Ovviamente per passare da un mondo all'altro bisogna sconfiggere il boss di turno, boss che sono uno la fotocopia dell'altro con lievi variazioni tra un boss e l'altro e che vanno fuori combattimento dopo i classici 3 colpi. La longevità non è molto lunga, ma potrebbe andare bene al target di riferimento. Musiche simpatiche e sottotitoli in italiano, hanno solo il doppiaggio in inglese. Possibilità di salvare in tre slot ma con salvataggi automatici, in più, non è possibile regolare nessun aspetto del gioco vuoi risoluzione o frame. Consiglierei sto gioco solo ai bambini che vogliono affrontare il loro primo platform, ma il prezzo scontato di ora è leggermente troppo, direi che 15 euro è il suo giusto prezzo per ciò che offre. ^_^
