There really is not much positive to say. Its just a slap-dash mess. My experience: Start. Subjected to 3 minutes of the worst, most tedious, rambling, unskippable text boxes. Pick team of 4, no information whatsoever is provided on what the different classes even do. Another few minutes of unskippable text clicking. Enter town. Walk up to first thing I see and Activate it. Turns out it was a sign, who knew? A sign that showed a text window [i]with the same 3 minutes of unskippable intro text[/i]. Now I'm scared to do anything for fear of seeing more text boxes, written at a grade 3 level. I talk to a town person, thankfully only 4 text boxes with all the points they've already pounded into me, told [i]again[/i]in slightly different wording. Walk outside of town, now I see a checkerboard pattern. More [i]BLAasdfJFing[/i] text boxes. I reach for my crying towel, but this time to bite on. But wait, the game freezes! As each text character was individually appearing like a type-writer, the game froze. Restart. Must click through [i]everything[/i] again. Pick another 4 team members, this time randomly because not GAF at this point. More text boxes. Town. Fk this I'm walking to checkerboardland. Click through 20 text boxes. Lo! What is happening before my eyes!? Is the game part of the game actually starting?! Gasp!! Well I'm looking at a selection menu with C-0 D-0 S-0 and so forth. No idea what to do. Where's the text now when you need an actual explanation? I choose C-0 because it's the top option, then again the top option from the dropdown with equally nonsensical option names. I see two scorpions. They have initiative. They insta kill 2 of my squad. I use the "fight" option a bunch of times because it's the only thing I can do. I'm dead. Realize that to start a NG and figure out the inscrutable menus... guess what... Imma be made to go back through [i]alllllllllll[/i] those unskippable, endless, redundant text boxes. Uninstall.
