If you love rhythm games and rock and roll, this game is for you. Rock Quest is a very fun, offbeat rhythm adventure with a ton of personality. The different difficulty level options help with mastering the rhythm combat. The soundtrack is my favorite part of the game. All original music and the songs are really good. They really set the tone for this punk rock dystopian New Orleans. The game truly FEELS indie which is very charming and one of the best things about it. Its super retro, has an engaging storyline, and great sense of off-beat humor.
This game is fun as heck and the music rules.
Rock Quest is a blast! Story is so well written and the art design is incredible... perfect for a casual, cozy gaming session.
This is sick. Love the jams and setting.
I'm loving this game! The music is a blast, the art style adds to the good times feel, and the storyline and little reveals along the way are a bunch of fun! Definitely worth checking out!
Always love to see a game set in New Orleans.
The game feels way too punishing even on Normal difficulty. If you mess up like 3 notes you lose. After calibrating I was able to hit my notes better, but my biggest issue is how the game calibrates: I have never seen a game solely do visual rhythm calibration. Every single rhythm game I have played and seen has done visual AND audio calibration for better accuracy, so it was immensely irritating to mostly guess where the calibration is opposed to pressing a key when you hear a beat. I do appreciate the Nick Cage cameo though (also wtf was up with that random zombie with 3500 health??? That was more than the next boss'!) As músicas de batalha são muito legais, mas o loop de 5 segundos dos mapas depois de um tempo chega a ser chato. O jogo é realmente incrível, mas faltou aquele barulho de quando aperta as teclas pra você pegar o ritmo.
