DON'T get this game. I played and beat this entire thing in under 2 hours and it's absolutely bare bones on any features at all. Hell, there isn't even a damn menu. It never let me unlock a single new card even though there are only 3 in the entire game. So I beat the whole thing with the weakest beginner card it gives you at the start. Save your money on this one, folks.
The music in this VR game is a masterpiece! It complements the immersive experience perfectly, enhancing every moment with the right mood and intensity. It's evident that the developers put thought not only into the visuals but also into the auditory journey, making it a complete sensory delight.
Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
You can view my gameplay & early impressions here: https://youtu.be/lA1RsSXIgYw This is a neutral recommendation. I'll be honest, I didn't really enjoy playing this game, but I do think there's enough here that I can at least give it a neutral recommendation, which doesn't exist on Steam. I would definitely give it a sideways thumb if possible. I think the game has merit, if nothing else, for its unique gameplay for VR. I would describe this game as a mix of auto-battler, action RPG hack n slash, card summoner, and rogue-lite. It has an interesting premise and a promising gameplay loop that can be improved upon and refined. However, currently, as is, it's just too simple and the jankiness / bugs bring the experience down. I didn't have fun, but I could see others who are into auto-battlers maybe enjoying this, even if it's pretty basic. The game seemed to be mostly about making one strong card and spamming that ability. Are you doing enough damage is the strategy. If not, try again after upgrading some more. Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting a steady 72fps (default on Q3). I did experience some bugs, the biggest one being that I would get stuck in the terrain. You do have full locomotion & smooth turning available. You can play seated or standing. Needs fine-tuning on the gameplay loop before I could recommend, plus more polish overall. Auto-battlers are fun because they are like a spinning plate challenge. You have to keep them all spinning or the whole thing falls apart. There's really only one plate in this game that you need to worry about and that's why it fails. I only have a bit a playtime in this game. And the time I do have has not been enjoyable. I was really looking forward to this game, it looked fantastic! The game lacks any settings menu what so ever. The low level card they start you off with forces you to just keep dying and upgrading that one card until its unstoppable and by the time you unlock other cards there useless compared to the ultra upgraded first one. The second card i unlocked what a bigger character with a shield who as soon as I spawned it. Stood still and just died. There is text on end level screen that should be there and is not. At some points I will drop a card down a get teleported to the next level, just for the game to freeze. My YouTube audience was looking forward to this game and currently it feels unplayable and unrecordable. CURRENTLY I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME.
From the very moment I put on the VR headset, I was transported into a mesmerizing world. The attention to detail in the environment left me awestruck. This game is a testament to what virtual reality can truly achieve in gaming keep it up guys!!
I am happy with the purchase, it is true that the difficulty curve is somewhat high, especially at the beginning. But as soon as you learn how to play it gets simpler. I think the tutorial needs to be improved a bit, it's not entirely clear what the story is about. But it has a lot of potential, I would like to add many more cards, and maybe the possibility of "capturing" the enemy you want, with some expensive item or something. Graphically the art is wonderful. Although it can be polished. For what's in VR right now, it's very entertaining apart from the games that are already big and famous.
well i waited this game to come up for some time and i must say that the wait was for nothing , this game have a qute graphic stile ... and that is where the good news for this game end , the batle is boring and repetitive , the game only have 3 cards that can be colected but the game forces you to upgrade the 1st one so much that other cards that you can get are just trash in comparison , oponent ai is stupid as a rock , and not to mention that there is no options menu or any menu in the game whatsoever , i whud put this *game* into demo expirience or something along thouse lines beacuze it flops hard as anithing other than a demo , not recomended at all save your money for Yu gi oh vr that shud come out and leaver this game in the dust where it belongs
The replay value is off the charts! Even after completing the main storyline, I find myself going back to try different playstyles like chossing different crystals and units. Special respect for the tutorial, it was a real pleasure to go through it! Very interesting and intuitive controls, this game is like a fairy tale come to life that you want to return to again and again
Beautiful game. Quite immersive. I wish they: - Add a way to pause mid run. - Allow us to mute the music so we can replay the game with our own. - Add a ranged unit to help combat the ranged enemy. Looking forward to future updates. Seems like there a scroll that isn't fully implemented. A challenges scroll perhaps?
A pretty fantasy rogue lite, which is nice to be in. Good stylized picture, interesting gameplay, where you and battle mage, and a little bit strategist I can see that the game was planned more and at least it was not polished, but I hope the developers will not drop this project
