Robots n Lasers benim yayınlanacak ilk projem. Hızlı tepkilere, nişan almaya ve biraz da sabra dayalı bir nişancı oyunudur.

Awesome game. Love the gameplay. I`m really enjoying it even though I`m pretty bad at it xD. The drone level is awesome.

"Robots n Lasers" is, as the developer confesses, their "first project", which is great for them but why is that good for gamers? I wouldn't be all that pleased going into a restaurant, having a terrible meal and then being told it's okay because the chef never cooked anything before. Anyway this is a simple low poly FPS and at least a couple of things were done right, it's not an empty PvP arena, there's actually "content", and the developer seems to have made his own assets instead of flipping asset store junk... that doesn't mean they're good assets, they're awful, but at least it's sincere. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $2 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? This is a "maybe" experience... if you have a lot of free time on your hands and nothing else to do, why not? But for the purposes of a review, this isn't something I can say everyone must try. It's not quite there. Valve doesn't give us a "maybe" option in reviews, but if they did, that's what I'd choose for this.

Простая, но увлекательная концепция (отображение лазерных лучей с помощью зеркал, чтобы поразить врагов) быстро затягивает. Уровни становятся все более сложными, но никогда не доводят до отчаяния. Визуальный стиль минималистичен и приятен, не отвлекает от игрового процесса. Музыкальное сопровождение ненавязчиво и хорошо дополняет атмосферу. Отдельно стоит отметить интуитивно понятное управление, которое позволяет быстро освоиться даже новичкам. Несмотря на свою простоту, "Robots n Lasers" предоставляет достаточно глубины, чтобы поддерживать интерес. Есть разные типы роботов с уникальными свойствами, что добавляет стратегический элемент в решения головоломок. Игра идеально подходит для тех, кто ищет что-то расслабляющее, но в то же время стимулирующее ум. Рекомендую!
