Python 언어에 입문하기에 좋습니다. 단순히 책을 보고 따라하는 것 보다 게임을 하는 듯한 느낌을 받아서 좋았습니다

I had issues learning programming at school, this game helped give me an interesting medium to work with. Its not game of the century, but its more than enough for what it wants to achieve. Pros: Useful knowledge to learn. good difficulty curve. no hand holding, you get a cheat book with all the info needed, but the game lets you use alternative methods as long as it reaches the objective. Cons: Not the best UI, although this is a good way to prepare yourself for the real unintuitive UI's of tools in the job market. Story is ok, but is strangely dark in the prologue? It is for beginners / novices, those who already are fluent in Python will be bored, especially for the beginning. transitions and code compilation is rather slow.

I buy these types of games to keep my coding skills fresh. Using my Python skills to solve puzzles, learn and have fun is not an unreasonable expectation. However, that has not been my experience with Robospital. I have about three or four so-called coding games in my library and each one has been a disappointment! With this game, I got up to floor "3F" (exercise 7/8) before I decided to throw in the towel. Nice but unhelpful debugger, was one of my bug bears. Clearly, unlike programming in the real world where you can solve a problem using different approaches and then refactor your code, this is not allowed in this game. At one point, I literally copied the code I was attempting to use in the Python IDLE to see if it worked, and it did! You would be forgiven for coming away thinking you had forgotten how to code simply because your approach or answer isn't what the game was looking for. To the patient and persistent, fill your boots! There maybe light at the end of the tunnel after much effort but the game is just not fun enough for me to expend the effort. IMHO, Robospital would be much improved with useful/helpful hints. I really have to stop buying these games and simply pick up a Python project instead to keep my skills polished. They are waste of time and money, look elsewhere!

Good for picking up the basics of python. Few spelling errors but fun regardless

If you don't know Python or any programming at all, this game will do the job just fine in terms of the basics. I feel like the devs could cut down on the dialogue and focus on example after example. The more you code the better, the problems are simple and straight forward and the game serves as a nice and easy intro to one of the most popular languages of all time.
