Rising Storm 2: Vietnam

Game is super fun, not quite as tactical and hardcore like ARMA or HLL, but certainly way more milsim than something like battlefield or CoD. Good balancing, gunplay is fun. HOWEVER Ive got a pretty big issue. My GPU utilization in game is very low, averaging like less than 25%. And the more rounds consecutively i play, the worse this gets. I start out at super smooth VSYNC locked 60 fps, but when the round ends and a new map is playing the performance gets progressively worse, in the end barely managing 20 or 30 fps with huge lagpspikes. The only way i found to fix this is to restart the game after *every round*. Ive got a R7 2700x, 32 gb of ram and a GTX1080, so my system specs are more than up to this game. I tried wiping and reinstalling drivers, the game, changing gfx settings but nothing fixes this issue. Maybe a memory leak somewhere? its VERY frustrating. Please fix this.
